I have had my insurance with Joe Fowler since 2002 and enjoyed his coffee since the opening of the CafeAgency! Joe is an awesome guy with a servants heart and wonderful family man. He will give you the shirt on his back but will fire you in a heartbeat if you steal from him.

Great smoothies, and inventive coffee creations! Staff could be more well-trained... I got a terrible protein smoothie at one point, and was careful who took .y order after that.

This was my first time visiting the coffee house. Very friendly staff, explained the menu, and the lattes are fabulous. Highly recommend!

Very nice coffee spot if you are headed into downtown or the hospital. Getting in and out can be hairy with traffic during busy times. Very friendly staff and can track purchases for free drinks.

What can I say? No return phone calls... needed to make a claim and could never get a live person... Suspect that my insurance money was embezzled because I got a policy cancellation after I had already paid... absolutely love the owner but... Will never use them again for insurance

Great atmosphere and the House Blend is great! Easy to get in and out yet perfect to sit and enjoy as well. Great place and will be back when in Greensboro.

I was considering giving only four stars because of the small parking lot but the size of the place is a part of its charm!! The staff is very professional and friendly. The beverages are delicious and the place is very comfortable and intimate!!

always enjoyed the aroma of coffee, yet never tasted a coffee that matched the enjoyable aroma...well, finally...husband and i visited...had a hazulnut french vanilla decaf with stevia, the flavor...undeniably delicious ...so, now i enjoy coffee.
