Cafegency Insurance

A quaint little coffee shop with "small rooms" type of seating. Very cozy and quiet. They operate an insurance company in conjunction, and within the cafe setting. The hours are short...only open until 2p and closed on the weekends. I enjoy the espresso drinks and treats. The staff is great.

Coffee is okay, but I have a bigger issue. The two ladies up front seem like they didn’t want to be bothered. I’m not sure if it’s because I’m a person of color or some of them continually have bad mornings just when I come in. Some of them won’t greet you unless you do so first. Definitely my last time going. I’ll take my business and tips where they're appreciated. Employees like this can and will ruin a business.

Got a meal smoothie and it was amazing! Good service and respectful server. Nice place.

Best coffee around. I just wish they were located closer to where I live. My son and I try to stop by at least every other day. Man I just can't say enough about this place. You can go there to work or relax. Service is awesome. Prices are fantastic. They beat most coffee shop prices by at least a couple of dollars. But the ladies that work there are by far the best. They know their coffee, drinks, whatever question you might have, they know it.

Fantastic coffee drinks at very reasonable prices. You can't lose when your fave coffee house also doubles as an insurance agency! Generously loaded, hand drawn espresso shots ground from the highest quality beans make a great foundation for your favorite drinks. High end syrups and flavors. Plus, a huge menu of custom smoothies loaded with all your favorite additive ingredients and blended with the freshest produce. Cozy and inviting environment that is not so busy you can't hear yourself talk. A not-so-hidden local gem.

Loved this place. (Was in town for a business thing and had an unexpected free afternoon with 70 degree weather in February). I walked here from downtown and had a Carmel Frap. It was perfect and delicious!! The staff kind and efficient. Great little shop to stop by for a quick treat on the go!

This is a great little shop! The coffee is outstanding, the people are so very kind and the coffee is outstanding! Did I mention the coffee is really good? They make a great Caramel Latte' and it comes with not 1 but 2 shots of Espresso! The Chocolate chip pumpkin muffin is so yummy too! The prices are great and they have free WIFI!

I really enjoyed this coffee shop. The coffee was excellent and the service was courteous, helpful and professional. Definitely going back.

Cafegency seriously has the best coffee in the Triad. I miss it now that I live 40 minutes away, but whenever I'm in Greensboro I swing by. The owner, Joe, is very happy to talk about why their house coffee is the best, and he's really nice.

It's a very relaxed atmosphere and everyone is always very nice. There are comfy couches in little nooks if you want to keep to yourself and work, too.

If you haven't been to this cafe / insurance agency, you really should make a point to visit!
