Very average place. It looks good in the pictures but the food is definitely worse than what you pay for and the "latte" is dripping coffee with milk.

Only had a coffee which was good but I don’t think I was given the correct drink and was too far away to turn back when I tried it to find our. I got the grounded but what I received definitely tasted like cherry so if I had to guess I was given the chocolate covered cherry. The other reviews were accurate about having to wait a while.

The coffee was excellent!! We had a Turkey croissant and Turkey wrap that were yummy! The pasta salad had slightly too much oil but a lot of good flavors!!!

Grounded is amazing! Husband and I ordered Carmel macchiato and sugar free chocolate covered cherry iced coffees this afternoon and they were the best! Good service and quality coffee and treats! We will most certainly go back before we leave the mountain!😁

Nice clean little place, great coffee, felt sorry for the young lady working by herself. I think a second person to handle food would help.
Would stop again if I was in the area.
Get the little lady some help.

We were sad to see Sassy Sunflower closed 4 season BUT SO happy to try Grounded. Yum! Thank u so much. We had the Big Chief personal pizza & the Turkey Pesto Sandwich. Absolutely recommend-cant say that about many places here in town. Thank u!!!

READ entire review!!!!!Feeling very disappointed in the poor customer service of owner and management of this Establishment. Myself and family visited this restaurant on Saturday August the 4th for lunch we had a very Long wait at least 45 min or longer for coffee drinks and sandwiches. The drinks were not made correctly so because of the long wait decided to just get a refund for only the drinks but we did keep the 3 sandwiches and cake total of $44 dollars. We didn't have a problem with anyone! mistakes happens! so we left and was pleased with our lunch. Update we were not the only ones that was dissatisfied with their drinks and long wait. Looking over the long wait time the day before. We decided Sunday to return and have lunch again. Ordering food over the phone to help with wait time. We purchased 3 sandwiches 3 chicken salad bowls and no drinks this time total price of $35. While waiting for our food to be made owner walks in and approaches us. Saying "Aren't you the ladies that was in here on yesterday". We answered yes! She then responds you gave me a bad review on yesterday didn't you ? We didn't know what she was talking about and said no! She continue to say that yes it was us!! In front of employees and customers causing a scene and causing embarrassment to me, my sister and my mother. I responded by saying if I had given you a bad review I would not have a problem letting you know!!! also I would not be back at your establishment paying another $35 for sandwiches again!! I'm speaking out because we were not the only people that requested a refund on yesterday based on long wait times and poor made drinks. But we was the only African Americans!!! but because of my skin color you remembered that I was the person that requested a refund for only my drinks where the white guy requested a refund for his entire meal. In my opinion just poor quality customer service if I was in your position as a owner or management when I realized that I incorrectly accused you I would have apologized. but furthermore I'd never would have said a mumbling word being that you revisited my establishment giving me a second opportunity to make it good!!!!!!!!Having successful business is by word-of-mouth and by having people to revisit your establishment not by making them feel not wanted. By reading some of your reviews back to some of your unhappy customers you tell them to find another establishment. I totally agree with my sister. If you Dont want African Americans to visit your establishment. Place your "WHITE ONLY" sign on the front door so we know!!!!

Ate here on our honeymoon, we wanted to try breakfast here and ended up eating there every day because of how amazingly delicious it was. The most amazing and delicious food around.
Would recommend to anyone that is driving or stopping by in Cherokee to try it.
