If you're looking for a delightful French bakery in town, Amelie's is definitely worth checking out.

First of all, the bakery itself is charming and cozy. The atmosphere is fun, warm and inviting, and the staff is friendly and welcoming. Even though I stopped in at a very busy time, they managed to keep things running smoothly, the cases fully stocked and I never felt rushed.

Now let's talk about the food. Oh my, it was delicious! I tried the macarons, chocolate mousse cups, and a few of their pastries, and they were all fantastic.

To drink, I ordered a strawberry cream soda, which was refreshing, sweet and strawberry creamy goodness!

Overall, I had a wonderful experience at Amelie's French Bakery. The food was top-notch and the service was excellent. If you're looking for a bakery that's both delicious and welcoming, be sure to check out Amelie's.

Any chance I get to meet someone for coffee in South Charlotte, Amelie's is my go-to! I could ooh and ahh over all the gorgeous pasties and treats in the displays forever. I try to select something new each time and ALWAYS end up taking something home. It's such a fun experience!

We stopped into Amelie's for a quick stop before going to take out little pup for a walk. The bakery had a large selection with tons of macrons and other classic deserts such as eclairs. I ordered a Napoleon, one of my favorite dessert. I will say that it was hard to cut/eat but the flavor was spot on. They used a more marscapon filling, though I always prefer pastry cream. We also got some croissant sandwiches. The coffee was okay but the cappuccino I ordered was one of the better ones I have had

I LOVE this place! High ceiling, plenty of space, funky, French inspired decor, perfect for peaceful work or casual chat... and amazing macarons.. je suis au paradis!

They deserve 5* YES no doubt about it.

Go for it, best French breakfast cafe in charlotte.

My wife, son, and granddaughters went there for breakfast. My son loved the breakfast sandwich. My granddaughters loved the eclairs and the really crisp bacon. My wife and I had the sausage and cheese quiche. I loved it, my wife said hers was just okay, and it was cold

What an awesome French bakery. We enjoyed lunch and dessert here. We had been looking for creme brûlée locally
and my goodness how creamy and delicious. We also tried their fruit tart which were just as amazing with the creamy almond center. The ambience and decoration was great. Lunch was delicious and tasted so fresh. We will definitely be back! Yes there seemed to be a line the whole time we were there (Saturday around noon) but so worth it.

We are regular customers and love this place! The lattes are wonderful as well as the croissants. The staff is so friendly. They greet us always with beautiful smiles! we highly recommend this bakery/cafe and look forward to each time we go.

It's always a delicious experience at Amelie's! Love this location for It's spaciousness, friendly staff and fresh pastries! The coffee options are also amazing and I've never been disappointed! Defintiely one of my go-to spots in south Charlotte!

My coworker and I walked to Amelie’s and were helped by such a lovely employee named Fia (Sofia?). They helped us with the BEST attitude and customer service. My experience was so positive because of them! Great environment and will definitely go back because of my enjoyable visit today.
