Caribou Coffee

Quaint, quiet, pleasant. Compared to Starbucks coffee, Caribou has pleasant all around ambience and acceptable, quick brews as opposed to the former's absolutely monochromatic dark brew. Nice sides as well, pleasant pastries and nice chairs. Will certainly come again.

Favorite drink caramel caribou cooler, no whip! I wish there was a location at Southpoint Mall.

Kit is awesome and always make people feel welcome. Definitely should not be considered a training Caribou as they didn’t even properly train me. I’ll go down the road to Starbucks or to the Briar Creek location.

I usually go around 3pm but today I thought why not grab some to start my day and I expected for it to be busier so I got there 15 minutes earlier than normal. There were three women behind the bar and the line was about 4 people long. It took 7 minutes with just one person and then the girl chatted with the next customer. that was when another cashier got on board. Ordering was super simple, all I got was a coffee and it took 10 minutes after people with complicated orders got their coffee first that ordered after me. I was extremely dissapointed with the visit, the coffee wasnt that bad but I wont be going back until the put in a drive thru or you can mobile order.

The place was packed but the staff handled it well and kept everything moving smoothly. Decent coffee, nothing stellar or terrible. Staff was friendly and polite. Really, all in all a good coffee shop.

I come once a week, regularly meet with a niece and her mother. Service is great, staff is friendly; it is always full of happy customers. Coffee is delicious.

It's a great spot. Coffee. Customer service. Chill. Comfy. And the cold brew ice coffee is sensational. What a smooth buzz.

Best coffee shop I've ever been to. The staff is spectacular and all of the drinks and snacks are delicious. Despite being part of a franchise this place is so special and homey.
