Caribou Coffee

All these years I've been driving by this spot. I stopped by yesterday. What a lovely coffee shop. Not cramped at all. A good mix of different types of seating... loveseats, tall tables, regular tables. The coffee was fantastic, and the service was great and friendly. The baked goods looked yummy, but I didn't indulge. I feel like I discovered a gem.

Favorite place in the Chapel Hill are for coffee! Spent lots of time here when I was a student at UNC and I always make a point to visit when I’m back in town. Great coffee, great atmosphere, and very friendly employees! Thanks Caribou

Great place to grab a bite to eat and study!!

I love their coffee. A lot better than Starbucks by a long shot. The apple fritters are warmed and delicious. The smoothies are good. Only problem: No Drive-thru. Other locations have a Drive-thru.

This coffee shop is good. The light is warm and bright. The decoration makes me feels like home. They do not have a variety of coffee and tea to choose from, but what they have in the menu are great. Also, they sell very tasty desserts. Nice place to study and hang out with friends!

Not very experienced at Caribou, but the staff showed compassion and were delighted to “de-code” the menu for me.

I've been to this place many times after moving to the triangle. It is consistently inconsistent. I find that I've had great coffees and terrible coffees with the exact same order. The atmosphere is great though with WiFi, strong AC and lots of tables for working. It's a good coffee shop experience, assuming you don't care too much about the actual coffee.

The pastries at Caribou Coffee are really fresh and delicious. Won’t disappoint. The armchairs by the fireplace always look incredibly comfortable especially if one needs to relax after a walk on a cold winter day. Always have enjoyed a pleasant and relaxing experience at Caribou.

I thought it was a bit expensive for just one person.. (it is getting more expensive everywhere).. though, the sizes for what I order seem so small and simple.. also simple service.

Service is excellent, Staff is friendly, Coffee is better than Starbucks to be honest and I love Starbucks, The white chocolate campfire mocha is to die for. If you haven't tried this place you really are missing out. Highly recommend.
