Caribou Coffee

We placed a mobile order while sitting outside. After a couple of moments I went inside and the drinks were ready and perfect. Love when Caribou is available.

Coffee was made fresh. Very hot delicate coffee beans light yet robust coffee after taste.There were plenty of comfortable chairs and seats throughout the shop. Frappuccino was nice and cold a even blend of mocha an carmel. Sweet an rich chocolate taste. With a roasted coffee bean flavor. Staff was upbeat an kept counters clean and sanitary. Bathroom was spotless with plenty of soap an paper towels .

Great atmosphere and good coffee. Stopped in for a quick hot mocha. I had no issues with the staff, atmosphere, and coffee. But not being from the US I couldn't log into the WiFi since I didn't have a local phone carrier. It might have been possible but I didn't stay long enough to try and work through it.

We always get coffee here. Place is ok.

Amazing, let’s start of by saying that there is an app where you can order and your drink will be ready by the time you are there. They have so many bag and go parking spaces that it’s never an issue to get coffee on the go. The caramel high rise is amazing and I get it blended! The staff is very helpful and nice too!! Definitely great stop to grab a coffee to go or study!

Friendly and fast staff; good, well-made coffee; and a comfortable atmosphere! I love this Caribou. Highly recommend the Mint Condition Mocha. 😄

Great spot to study or grab coffee. They offer a meeting room that can reserved. I would absolutely return. It’s just a bit small in the dining area.

I really enjoy Caribou's coffee. They need more parking spaces here for the morning rush because I had to make my own spot.

Unlike other coffee shops, Caribou Coffee has plenty of seating. They have a large outdoor patio area with plenty of seating as well. I got a large black coffee, it was good, and my colleague got an iced coffee. The location is convenient in Chapel Hill before you get to the downtown part where it gets too congested.

Great atmosphere but coffee drinks are far too sweet, like drinking hot chocolate with espresso.
