Lovely spot for a coffee and a pastry. The staff were super kind.

Reliably delicious coffee in an authentic coffeehouse atmosphere.

No complaints at all with the product here. The coffee is always great, however, every time I have been here the employees are just rude and standoffish. The idea of hospitality doesn't seem to be on the minds of anyone working here. Most recently my partner and I walked in near to closing and the first thing we heard was "we close in three minutes if you know what you want". Really? That's how you're going to greet a customer without even looking up from your phone? It's hilarious and frustrating. Both my partner and I have been either
a server or bartender for over ten years. The number of times I have stayed past closing to give a guest a quality, welcoming, enjoyable experience...I can't imagine greeting a guest that way and it being acceptable in eyes of any business owner I have ever worked for. Great coffee tho. Real good coffee.

Cute coffee shop that makes great cold brew! Loved the atmosphere!

Really good espresso. Had a cortado on a cold afternoon. I think the barista was training, but I was very impressed with how delicious the drink turned out. Relaxing environment, friendly staff, yummy treats. Also, weird thing to note, but I appreciate that they don’t give lids for cups (they’re still available if needed). Thanks!

I stopped in a few times. The black coffee was perfectly roasted and brewed. We tried the lattes and a few signatures drinks. The pastries are great. What surprised me the most was the friendliness of the batista. Also they do take credit card now

Never miss a chance to stop by the Dripolator when I'm anywhere near Black Mountain! Great coffee & lots of fresh baked treats including gluten free options.

Passing through and needed coffee beans. Busy place. Welcoming, friendly staff. Picked up a pound of Guatemalan Coffee. Tasty beans. Definitely stopping in again if I find myself in the area.

Fabulous coffee and great service! Quaint little coffee shop downtown. Ordered their honey almond latte and had a cookie- both were absolutely delicious! Best latte I've had in a while. Barista was very friendly and attentive. Shop had shirts local merchandise for sale as well. 5/5 will visit again

The coffee here was amazing. I liked the breve coffee which I feel was way better than the starbucks latte.
