I was pleased with my coffee and the customer service. The ladies working were friendly and great. But it did seem to move very slowly inside. And credit cards... I can't get passed a business that operates cash only in 2021. I know that I personally would have spent more money because we barely had cash for 2 coffees, and we heard the pastry items are good.

Local business and the coffee, baked goodies and the service are all awesome!! Had a bistro table outside for those of us who aren't ready to hang out in an indoor space!! Thanks for that!!

My family and I visited Black Mountain this past weekend. One of my favorite things to do when we visit somewhere new, is try the local Starbucks. WHAT A BUST.

After that disappointment, my family and I traveled into downtown and stopped inside this adorable little coffee shop. The man behind the register was so kind (and very cute).

I got an oatmilk espresso latte and it was absolutely delicious. My favorite part was the prices!! Usually quaint little coffee shops are expensive, but I honestly thought the prices were incredibly reasonable. If we ever visit Black Mountain again, I will DEFINITELY be back :)

Best coffee and delicious cookie bar with choc chips, coconut on gram cracker crust.

This is my favorite place to visit in Black Mountain. The shop is so cute and the drinks are delicious. I come AT LEAST once every time I’m in town.

Great coffee and tea, great service

Great coffee shop. We went multiple times during our visit to Black Mountain. Delicious coffee, locally made baked goods and really friendly staff.

Waited in line and there were only three people in front of me…. then I was second in line and me and the second person were told to move because the line was suppose to go in a different direction….. we then headed to the other side like we were told but by the time we got there 8 people walked in and got in line in front of us. The second person in front of me left because he was upset. Nobody apologized and the employee who told us to move saw what had happened. Customer service really needs to be better…. Disappointing

If you’re looking for a fantastic coffee shop, this is the spot! My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed it this morning. We’re planning on making another stop there in the morning on our way out.

Coffee is great! Customer service... not so much. I wasn’t too fond of whoever was working this past Saturday. We came in about 15 minutes before closing and I felt we were treated poorly. Whoever was working seemed pretty irritated we came in. You have paying customers - you should always treat them with respect and be grateful you have a job or find something else. I probably won’t be back here.
