Tim Hortons

Loved their avocado toast and bagel ?m! Don’t expect much from their coffees! They are pretty basic and tastes similar to Dunkin. I just found the coffee extra sweet and bland.

Came through the drive thru around 1208 pm. I asked for a peppermint iced cap large. I get to the window PAY and then got handed a drink without the peppermint topping and said he was out. Um why wasn’t I told this when purchasing the drink and mind you he told me this after I paid and he seemed to have a bad attitude. I will be calling the store as well to file a complaint.

Went thru drive thru order a Steak wrap got home opened my wrap and surely not steak it was chicken if someone don’t know the difference between chicken and steak they should get fired

My bf and I go here every time I need to pick up my meds or we have our daughter spend the day with a family member as it's on the way. Almost never a bad experience besides once when I got my usual sandwich, the egg was not even on the sandwich, it was on the wrapper just wrapped up😅😅 I thought it was pretty funny. Our order is very typical. Mine, a sausage egg and cheese pretzel bagel sandwich and a small mocha iced capp. His is the same but no cheese extra sausage and an oreo capp. They've never messed it up, or been rude ONCE. Mind you we've gone here probably a dozen times now. The food is always so so good, and there's only one item I dislike which is the chicken and cheese panini. Even the one by the mall is the same and great quality too! Come to Tim Hortons!

Great little place for a quick and simple breakfast. We don't have a Tim Hortons where we live, so we stop here when in Watertown. Great service. Staff are professional and friendly.

Thank you Tim's for the burnt sandwiches. Also, I asked for a bacon, egg and cheese English muffin and instead I got sausage. All around fail.

The only place I will ever get my Boston cream and raspberry filled donuts..

My favorite Tim’s in the area. I have always been impressed with the service, speed and location.

My biggest gripe is that depending on the staff there is some inconsistencies with food presentation. Especially in regards to breakfast sandwiches.

The male employee the other day did things backwards. I said I wanted to pick a dozen donuts he made me pay first then go back down the length of the counter to pick. Told him doesn't make sense. It's set up to get food then pay and then leave.

Cafe lounge was clean and the staff was amazing. They do run out of a few things like caramel and some donuts. But it was a pleasant experience.
