Tim Hortons

Courteous and friendly service. The food and coffee are good. A little more attention could be paid to cleaning and keeping everything in order. Some machines were out of order and the bathroom and tables could use a good cleaning/wiping down. Nothing disastrous. I would come back.

They literally are the worst Tim Hortons in Watertown. I hate living so close to this Tims because I still drive strait past it to go to literally any other tims. This morning they served a sandwich with undercooked bacon and when a complaint was made and we asked for a replacement, THEY TRIED TO CHARGE US FOR A NEW SANDWICH WHEN THEY SERVED UNDER COOKED BACON

Coffee is one of the better ones made around here. After living in Seattle for a few years I am a little picky about my coffee. Not as fancy as others.... It is better priced and tasting. Plus, can't go wrong with the baked goods.

Stop by on our way to the race. Was going to get a breakfast sandwich but was told they stopped serving breakfast even though the sign said differently. So we decided to order a lunch sandwich but before we did the cashier said you couldn't order any with chicken cuz they were to busy to prepare the chicken, ( btw no one was there), anyways we placed our order 2 sandwiches and 2 drinks, took them 30 mins to make our order. Was not happy at all.

I love the Atmosphere and the Waitress and Waiters that wait on you at the counter. They're very friendly and they will ask you if you want something else.
I Love Tim Hortons and there Coffee.

Go to Tims almost every morning for coffee and chocolate chip muffin and always have speedy and great service from the workers. Only reason I am not giving 5 stars is they put 4 cream and 1 sugar when i always get 1 cream 4 sugar.

Coffees great, IF they get it right. Drive threw takes forever, over half the time the order is incorrect; then crew acts dumbfounded when you request corrected order. Crew is lackadaisical at best... Id rather drive across town any day to the other Tims then deal with the shenanigans at the 501 Mill St. location!

Have gone to this one a few times and every time I ask for FRESH hash browns they give me stale or severely over cooked ones knowingly. The staff always seems like they don't care or like they are not paying any attention and I never get my receipt. They are also out of croissants frequently in the early morning.

Numerous times we've ordered ftom here and EVERYTIME we've ordered more then 1 item the staff forgets to give one or 2 things.

The doughnuts, food, and coffee are great quality most of the time, but frequently they are out of something. If you intend to order food or anything other than a doughnut, go inside or stop to check your order and especially your coffee. I’ve had better experiences at the Tim’s across town.
