I went here for lunch and ordered 2 # 5 with chili’s and some other food and drinks for my family. My order was called back exactly how I said it and I proceeded to the window. When I got to the window the gentleman was very nice a pleasant who took my payment and gave me my food. I notice that I was missing a chili. I explained this to him and he said it wasn’t an issue. Well a young lady came to the window and printed my receipt in which I declined to take from the gentleman so he threw it away. She then then said we only have this and began to recall my order but this is the same young lady who took my order. She then got nasty and said this is for clarification after I told her what in ordered. “ We will just give you the chili!” Then proceeds to slams the window when I was talking to her. This is very disrespectful behavior, it was a simple mistake made I didn’t make it an issue but for an employee to treat a customer like this because she fail to ring up food correctly is beyond me.

Price of coffee goes up constantly. Staff are unfriendly

They were very busy, both the lobby and the drive-thru was packed. Only two staff working... both were calm and friendly. They did a great job providing friendly and efficient service.
My coffee was great! Thanks ladies.

This location is my favorite. If I have the time, I drive the 40 plus minutes just to get my coffee, passing other locations in the process. Not only is the coffee ALWAYS fresh and hot, but the staff is BEYOND AMAZING. Love them and the coffee.

Ordered a breakfast sandwich, cream cheese bagel, and two Oreo ice caps. The sandwiches were really good but the coffee was horrible. After every sip, something tasted sour like they used spoiled creamer or laced the drink with home cleaning products. Ended up throwing away our drinks and going to a gas station for coffee.

Good coffee there and pastries. Cheaper then rest, excellent buy for your $$.

Good service. Although sometimes food is not hot but warm. Still very sanitary and good tasting food, however for the price it should also come with a high temperature in my opinion.q

Friendly staff but alot of the time they don't have certain food items ready. For example hash browns seem like they are never ready and in the oven. Why can't they put some in the oven before running out?

I came here to relax and enjoy a shake and coffee. I have to say, Jeremy was an excellent employee. He was funny, extremely professional and knew exactly what I was looking for. His recommendations were first class, as was his personality. If I were a manager, i would promote him to CEO, effective immediately😂🤘 (I know it's not possible).
