Rude, rude, rude!! All I did was asked guy making pizzas if i place order with him or lady at register, since I stood there for 10 minutes in front of him waiting for him to even acknowledge me. I'm new to the area and never experience Fastrac before so i wasnt sure. He snapped at me that "I'll be with you in a minute." I told him no hurry that I just wasn't sure who I give my order to. My husband caught him rolling his eyes at me as i walked off and saying "f-ing people and their f-ing food". F you Fastrac. Get your snotty employees in line. Cause next time? My husband WILL knock dude out. Bunch of nasty rude people. 😠

Nasty attitude from the cashier... Seriously just wanted to argue with me about the name of pack of cigarettes. Got sick of it and walked out. Never go back. She was just rude and nasty.

Absolutely disgusting facility! The girl on duty was COMPLETELY & UTTERLY RUDE. I spent well over $200.00 Cash for gas and other items. Never once did she say hello, may I help you find something?. She looked down moat of the time. Not to mention I cannot could t the times she rudely told me to "wait" or "hold on".. Never with a please or anything..Kaleigh or Kaylee whatever her name is not as important as, Customer service She should've not been hired to work around people. NEVER in my life have I been treated like such an inconvenience. The place was filthy. From the floors, doors to coolers. Cooler handle's were sticky, Coffee bar was completely empty. Not to mention the bathroom for myself, & Fiance were Completely filthy. Paper towels everywhere, Used toilet paper on the floors and Toilets. Bottom line I will never go into this store or FasTrack chain EVER AGAIN I WILL NEVER SPEND ONE CENT OF OUR HARD EARNED MONEY WITH THE FASTRAC CHAIN.
REAGARDLESS OF WHATEVER HER NAME WAS. ON 10/02/18 SHE WAS EXTREMELY RUDE TO ME & MY FIANCE ONE MORE THEN ONE OCCASION.

Store is not terrible but as another reviewer said they have a girl that works there that is very rude, every time I stop there I am normally greeted with a hello or I greet the person standing there and they say hello back, but if she is working she will just stare at you like you are an inconvenience even when you go right up to the register and say hello right to her face she will just look at you as if why are you talking to me. She has no customer service skills doesn't ask if you found everything or is there anything else. Then I buy cigarettes sometimes she will sigh as if it is so hard for her to turn around 2ft to grab them. Then will not ask do you have your I.D. but will demand your I.D. saying give me your I.D., also never bags anything unless you ask which then you are met with more attitude. I will be getting her name next time if she is still working there. Very poor customer service.

Since I started working at 6 am in town I have been stopping in every morning to fuel up and or grab a drink - snack. I stopped in at 5 :34 and walked in the store and started for the shelves and the lady barked at me that I could not be shopping around that they were not open .. hmmmmm lights on , employees behind the counter , door unlocked ....

I ordered cheese and garlic potato wedges, planning on eating them while driving. Who would have guessed, that they would drown them in AT LEAST 1/2 cup of butter! In juggling my drink and the flimsy box these, came in in order, to open my car door the box tipped, spilling the butter down the front of my shirt and pants. I was in the middle of a work day and all I had to clean this up was a wet paper towel that they provided. I spent the afternoon talking to store managers smelling like butter with an embarrassing stain all down the front of me.

Gas isn't the cheapest in town but is decently priced especially being so close to RTE 81.
But on another note even though they are a gas station they have some of the best pizza in town and its very well priced

I went to this gas station and they threat me very rude. I was asking just for some drink.

Gas price posted is member only price. They offer different membership plans including a cash card that allows you to pay cash and not have a direct debit.

Worst customer experience in my life. Two times now I have been mistreated by this store. There are many places to get gas and drinks on Arsenal, don't go here.
