I like trying different pizza, ordered a cheeseburger pizza with extra burger. No extra burger and my entire pizza came in slices of 2,in to go box slice boxes!! Claimed they didn't have pizza boxes, although they were on top of oven. Cheese stuck to paper between slices. Never getting my business again or the friends I bought it fir.

Worst experience ever was served spoiled garlic knots my pregnant nieces pizza had chicken bones in it the manager Steve was quick careless and not very responsive rushing me off the phone I will be contacting the corporate office in the morning hopefully this doesn't happen to anyone else and prayers for the couple kiddos who ate one don't get sick

every time we try to call to order pizza the line is busy, I called today and was asked to hold. after 5 minutes of listening to their personal conversations I hung up and attempted to call back. phone remained busy for 30minutes. I gave up and will order from another store from now on.

Customer service is very bad on July 4th 2019 at 1130 am I called fastrac and line was busy tried calling back repeatedly to be exact 55 times and at 1215 noon had to go in and ask is phone off the hook because I have been trying to order pizza and the cashier said i don't know and the older lady who I have had issues in the past smerked and said nothing and u could see the phone was on so no calls could come in so we ordered the pizza and left as we were leaving I called and it rang. To be clear when we went in it was empty not busy at all. Not happy with the service provided will not be going again.

One star Because the older women working is rude, disrespectful and just plain mean. I walk In and start ordering stuff off the touch screen things and she rudly asked if I was getting a pizza and I wasn't so I said no then she said "you'll have to wait 15 mins" rudly but I didn't think anything of it until I went back in to get a sluchy and it was not even a cm. Passed the cup and she tells me I have to pay extra? Understandable though I get it. Then finally I asked if they had found my sweat shirt that I had left in the bathroom, she said yes with a smile and told me it was in the trash. I don't know if she's a manager but I'm telling everyone about this. I was just a happy customer and I've never had a problem with anyone else.

Rude customer service on the store and on the phone. Pizza were cold when picked up at said time. Have customers cut in line and ignore the ppl who have been waiting patiently

SLOW and rude employees and manager. No sense of urgency no matter how long the line. They are always shouting at each other, complaining about their jobs, and ignoring the customers. Not going back ever even though they are next door to my office. I'll go to Byrne.
