I would give this more of a 4.5, only thing is I wish the fries were bit crispier or salted a little bit more. I got the tenders and fries and it was really really good and they cooked it fast from my online order

This was my first time at Phoebe’s. It was absolutely fabulous. We were taken care of by Becca, she was extremely friendly and gave us great service! I had the autumn shrimp and grits and it was extremely delicious. The fried zucchini was also delicious. Best creme brûlée I’ve ever had. Highly recommend this place, all staff was great!

My partner ordered out for our anniversary dinner. The food left us wanting, both our fries and sweet potato fries were mushy. My veggie burger was okay, the spinach atop was mostly stems. My partners burger was cooked perfectly.

Nice to see, feel and recall a great establishment after 32 years. Enjoyed the food and atmosphere. Highly recommend.

Delicious, fresh food, and service with a smile. From the bartender to our lovely waitress, Jess, service was on point. We had a sweet and savory French onion cup followed by a fresh Caesars salad with a decent amount of dressing. Finished off with an outstanding creme brulee!! Yumm! You won't leave hungry. Expansive wine and liquor list.

We have visited Phoebe's several times and I always look forward to returning. Love the bistro atmosphere and the service. A family favorite is the sirloin. The sauce really makes the dish and the tiny pickled cocktail onions on top added an unexpected surprise that was yummy. A very nice wine list too.

I absolutely love everything about this restaurant! The atmosphere, the staff, and especially the food! I ate here at least once or twice a week for lunch prior to Covid and everything was always fantastic! They had a great lunch promotion. The staff always goes above and beyond. Wonderful, wonderful place! Highly recommend.

I had the salmon entree. It was delicious. The service was great. If you're in the area try this restaurant.

Pretty awesome place. I ordered a ham melt to go just to have a taste and I loved it. I will return and have a sit down meal soon! The parking lot next to it is cash only. But there are plenty of meter parking that takes cards. Check out my food page for more recs: IG- foodsthemotive
