Phoebe's Restaurant & Coffee Lounge

We love going to Phoebe's! It's designed on different levels and spaces so you can choose a cozy nook for coffee with friends or a larger spot to dine with a group. The food is excellent and there's a good selection for vegetarians which is great to find. Very friendly wait staff and great staff. The atmosphere is very nice. We love trying new places, especially a smaller, non franchise type restaurant. The service was great and the food was delicious! There were gluten free options, although I had anticipated a greater selection based on some reviews than there actually were.

Was having a birthday dinner for my daughters 30th. It was my 1st time there but my wife and kids have been there before. Food was amazing! All was very well prepared. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. I would highly recommend this restaurant. I will most likely go again.

The menu online was completely different than the menu at the restaurant which was a bit disappointing. Food was okay, wait staff was new and inexperienced but they did a pretty good job overall.

The waitress, Cathrine, was amazing. She is very friendly and accommodating. She answered all our questions about the menu with a smile. The food deserves an A++ rating. The restaurant alone has a nice atmosphere. Very cozy. We will definitely travel to eat here again. I highly recommend the French onion soup as a starter and the creme brulee for dessert. Amazing job to all the Phoebe's staff!

Service and food were exceptional. My wife ordered a burger, which was perfectly cooked and juicy. I ordered the Nashville hot chicken sandwich, which is the only reason I did not give it a 5. While the sandwich was good, it was too far transformed from what I expected a Nashville Hot item to taste like (too sweet maybe?). Perhaps personal preference. Fries were crispy and addictive. Wait staff were friendly and accommodating. Overall it's a syracuse gem. Try it.

I loved the sweet potato grits with shrimp. My friend enjoyed the salmon. I wish I had taken photos - the presentation was beautiful!!! There are some beautiful well-tended plants, and fresh flowers on the table.

Such a unique little place. The decor and atmosphere are incredible. My fiance and I went for lunch, so it was very bright due to the skylights and that was nice in January. Food was very, very good. Especially the Chicken Cordon Bleu sandwich. Our waitress, Catherine, was welcoming, knowledgeable, and extremely attentive! Didn't even have to ask for refills. Would absolutely recommend.

This is an amazing place to grab brunch or a meal. Upon entering the restaurant one immediately feels cozy, warm and welcome by the friendly and inviting decor. The staff are very friendly and will seat you quickly. Service is quick and the food arrives promptly. The menu has a nice variety of offerings. The large dining room is led by a beautiful and huge skylight that instills an inviting atmosphere in the room. Phoebe's is located in a nice neighborhood which is worthy of a walkabout. This is a great place to bring a date or have a family gathering.

Nice place. Nicely spaced out tables. Made us feel safe. Staff is fully vaccinated! Place is super clean. First time dining in post pandemic was a good experience. Food was very good too. A bit expensive but understandable under the circumstances.

Nice restaurant, with very friendly atmosphere and staff. Probably the best onion soup in my life, but we tried also some italian dishes and not at the same level.
