Phoebe's Restaurant & Coffee Lounge

One of my favorite places in Syracuse! The food and the atmosphere are all wonderful but it's the staff that sets Phoebe's apart. Everyone I've ever met there has been so friendly and gone out of the way to make whatever party I'm in as comfortable as possible. The gold standard of Syracuse service!

There wasn't anything I didn't like about this place! The food was great, coffee was wonderful and Catherine was our server and she was great as well. The inside is beautiful, airy and open. Practically perfect in every way..❤❤

So, we couldn't stay away and went back to visit again before we left Syracuse. Catherine ended up being our server again and remembered what we ate, what we liked, everything! She was really excellent and if I lived there, I would definitely be in this place all the time! Thanks Catherine!!

About time my whole family gotta there,they ran out of something's for you to order. very nice and place to eat, food came out Hot and ready for you to eat...the soup wasn't Very hot, but everything else were. very friendly waitress, she were very friendly no matter what color you are... We loved her actions and response to everything we asked her, ....it were my mom 60th birthday 🎉🎁🌈🥳🙏👣, And the waitress brought out Bread pudding with berries and vanilla ice cream and an candle, What a surprise.... I will truly go Back....

Good atmosphere. The food was delicious. Not very complex but the pairings are great.

This was my first time back in years and the food and service were not what I remember. Really disappointing.

I requested vegetarian options and was directed by the waitress to the black bean burger, made in house, “a signature dish.”Nothing special. The hose green salad was an improvement but still ordinary. Overall, a disappointing outing. There is always alcoholic beverages to make ordinary dining experiences tolerable.

Had a wonderful dinner with my daughter before the Paul McCartney concert. Catherine was extremely attentive, had our meals to us in a timely manner while letting us chat over cocktails. Excellent Bloody Mary also!! Hats off to the bar tender! Love phoebes! Will return soon!

Great service, tasty salads and soups, but oh, the desserts!

We had an amazing dinner at Phoebe's. The cheese platter appetizer was eclectic and amazing. Our steaks were incredible. The wine, drinks, and cheesecake were impeccable. Plus, the service and manager who visited our table were so welcoming and accommodating. We loved Phoebe's!
