Nice poeple, good food and cozy environment

Phoebe’s never disappoints. I had herb crusted cod on blood orange risotto. The cod was perfectly cooked and the risotto was a nice surprise to suddenly have a bit of orange. I can’t wait to go for lunch on Monday to get their homemade veggie burger. It’s one the best ones around.

Very nice place for lunch and coffee. Some mildly eclectic elements to the food. Be prepared. But if you find something you like, it will be very good.

Tried Phoebe's today for the first time at the suggestion of my girlfriend. Holy cow, this place is great! Delicious food and a great atmosphere... we will definitely be back!

So good!! Went here on a whim with some family and immediately fell in love with the decor and ambiance. Our server was great, and the food was excellent. I tried the fried pickles and I'm so glad I did, I may have to come back just for those - and the sauce that comes with them is divine. Only downside was that the crostinis we received with the cheese plate were way too hard to the point that they kind of hurt to bite into, so I may steer clear of that one next time.

Great appetizer( french onion soup) meal(steak with a blue cheese sauce) with a beautiful vista. Top restaurant in Syracuse IMO

Just had a baby shower here - everything was outstanding- the staff couldn't have been nicer - the room we had was nice and cozy for our smallish group - highly recommend
