Delicious food and tea. Atmosphere was cozy and welcoming, and the lady at the counter was friendly and seemed to know everyone who came in.

I always feel welcome at Equal Grounds, no matter how long I've been away. Almost as if i was visiting family. There's plenty of seating inside and out with ample outlets inside. They host events for small groups, so you can make new friends easily if you find you'd also like to play a game, try a shot at the open mic, learn Spanish, or simply kvetch with friends. I sometimes like to spend the day at the café working, spotting random friends, and people-watching within easy reach of drinks, lunch, and snacks.

Equal Grounds is locally owned and operated. It's a cozy, comfortable place to meet friends for coffee or a bite to eat, but is equally comfortable to go to alone. A great spot to get some work done, read, or just hang out and chat. You will not feel rushed out the door.

Great atmosphere, great food, great drinks, great music playing in the background. What else do you need to know? If you want to get a great cup of coffee, latte or even a delicious fruit smoothie this is the place to go. They also serve a hand full of fantastic wraps and salads along with killer pastries and deserts.

Quiet, chill little coffee shop in the South Wedge. Great service, nice drinks.
They have a really diverse collection of syrups which is great.

Excellent and welcoming atmosphere, amazing food, and tons of clever and delicious seasonal drink specials. The prices are great for the quality and the ambience is friendly and warm. Definitely the best place for coffee in Rochester.

Great little coffee shop, with an inviting staff and friendly atmosphere. A great place to play board games, study, read, chat with friends, or just hang out and people watch. During summer months they have outdoor tables as well.

Amazing. So chill and welcoming. As a aueer person, it felt amazing to be in a café specifically for us. It was so friendly. I had a Vanilla Chai Latte. It was delicious, but a little too sweet for me. But I love this place and encourg everyone, no matter orientation and/or gender identity/expression to go.

Always amazing. Been a handful of times, the service there is phenomenal and theyre so sweet. I got a wrap for the first time abd honestly that was better than food i've paid way more for. These guys know what they're doing. A wonderful group of people, and it definitely helped that I was with my girlfriend and our wonderful mutual friend.
