I made the stop as a fan of TWD and was quite taken by the charming town. The candy store is wonderful! I found many fun treats. The staff was so very helpful and friendly too! I'm so glad I took the time to stop in!

Disappointed. I’ve lived in Rhinebeck for 4.5 years now and finally decided to go there with my husband and daughter the other day. First of all, they don’t have great access for a stroller. Second, the store is SO SMALL! We had to barely get through a group of 5-6 college kids sitting in there hanging out, not wanting to move. Third, the girl behind the counter was not friendly, wouldn’t say a word. We were undecided on what to get, I would have liked a “If you need help with anything just ask.” Fourth, the prices are INSANELY expensive! If you want a small bag of popcorn, $8. If you want a Reese with Oreo, $4.95. For 1! Also, I don’t understand all the great reviews about the coffee. The coffee was horrible! Worst coffee ever! I WILL NOT be going back there, unless Jeffrey Dean Morgan has an appearance! What a waste of money! Such a disappointment!

The staff is upbeat, friendly and knowledgeable, and add to the overall experience. The selection of high quality confections is large enough for anyone to find something (multiple things) they love. Be wary of the free samples; you will find a new addiction without even knowing it.

A spot where time stand still. So many classic favorites. My wife and I stopped to pick up a few treats for our kids and managed to find more than a few for ourselves as well. Would absolutely recommend.

Coffee was good, staff could not have been less welcoming/friendly. I actually had to ask them if they were open for business. Interestingly enough, when a white customer came in, they were tripping over themselves to help her. It was shocking for Rhinebeck. Won’t be returning.

Just got our first subscription box as a gift from my mom & it's amazing!! A rice crispy cake with JDM's face? Yummy on multiple levels!! Everything is perfection! Looking forward to the next box!

It's a tiny little shop with a celebrity backing. I've been here twice and while I appreciate the sentiment behind the business and hope it thrives I found some staff members to be extremely rude. I had to bite my tongue when a staff member tried to miseducate someone about gluten allergies as not all chocolate candy is gluten free. Theirs might be, but a lot of places add wheat to chocolate so it doesnt hurt to know that information. Still if you want to check it out its worth a look.

Dangerously delicious everything! Super friendly place with the best of the best options, their licorice laces are incredibly tasty and fresh, the variety of cotton candy flavors is crazy! The pb and j cotton candy and their cupcake cotton candy are ones for the books! and dont forget the icecream treats that are unbelievably good.

I have only ordered online and over the phone because I don't live anywhere near here, but their customer service is above and beyond. Everyone was super friendly and helpful and the treats were divine. I will definitely be continuing to order from here in the future and I hope to one day be able to shop in person.
