The atmosphere is warmly soothing. The place is naturally handcrafted with great care. The service is thoughtfully pleasant. I purchased a Ruben sandwich for my son, who was delighted with it.

Best gluten free sandwich in Oneonta! Cozy spot with a great location. There's free parking a block away in the city parking garage. There's plenty of tables and the staff are great! I loved the whole down-to-earth, hippy vibe of the place. They've got different nooks and corners that give the feeling of a private eating spot, even though you're in a restaurant. Very peaceful and great folks.

Parking is scarce . Right before the deli there is a free parking garage (on same side) . When u see the yellow paint saying free parking - turn right into the garage .

Staff are super pleasant and gave us samples of tea. Jams on breakfast are delicious. Deli Pesto sandwich was awesome. Make your sandwich is great also. I got stuck picking the right flavors. They helped me make the perfect sandwich! Tons of choices for drinks.
The building is amazing and you can easily spend time looking at all the details.

Not gonna lie, the best place to eat in town. The older people working there were absolutely the sweetest. Will be my new favorite spot. So cozy, lovely sit down place.

Amazing food, especially great for lunch or brunch. They have a variety of sandwiches and salads, all of which I’ve tried are amazing. Their homemade bread is outstanding and the butternut squash soup is out of this world. It is run by a religious organization and they are closed Friday evenings & Saturdays, just to note.

I highly recommend this place! The food is simple but delicious and at a great price, the staff are all friendly and welcoming and the vibe and decoration of the place is really cool!
