The Autumn Cafe

One of best places to get good food! Great atmosphere inside plus they have good outdoor seating. Our server was good nice and friendly. Food was very good! My burger was 💥! Tacos was great!

My tastebuds and I love The Autumn Cafe. It's local and conveniently located right in the heart of downtown Oneonta. I can not speak to their lunch or dinner menu. However, their brunch menu is always a hit! With fresh, new tasty brunch specials and yummy breakfast drinks, no wonder you have to RSVP. The servers are also pretty awesome. I will be returning again and again!

Absolutely amazing experience! The first thing we were asked was if either of us have dietary restrictions and I have celiac disease so I let the server know. He was so knowledgeable about what I could and couldn't have and I haven't had such a good meal without being cross containmenated in SO long that this was such a treat for me. The salmon was out of this world. I highly recommend!!

one of the best restaurants in Oneonta. great food, excellent service. the food took 20-30 minutes to come out and the waitresses were kind and helpful throughout the whole dining experience. despite the relatively large size of the restaurant, it gets very busy on popular nights (friday, saturday) so you’d be wise to make a reservation. there is outdoor seating behind the restaurant

Food was very good here. Every dish we ordered was tasty and delicious. I would definitely recommend this place.

Best food that I have had in oneonta been here a few times and the food is always great. Recommend that if your in town to stop here.

Had a relaxing lunch meetup with family all meeting here from other places---Oneonta is a satellite complex of Cooperstown baseball...how do I put it? Industry? Industriousness? My nephew came here from CA to compete w/his baseball travel team against a bunch of other travel teams. Anyway, our extended family enjoyed a meal on the back deck. I had a good local hard cider whose name now escapes me and a french dip sandwich, which were both great. My wife enjoyed the cuban sandwich. Sister-in-law enjoyed her strong cocktail (too strong for her in fact, she said---most would say that's a good bargain).

All as expected, you won't be disappointed unless you were really hoping to eat at home in the first place - which I think was true for my guest. And that was more about my guest not liking public places than anything the Cafe could do. I had hoped for a quieter, cozier, less crowded Tuesday night, but one can hardly blame a place for being popular!

Got the scallops on special and enjoyed them. I would say everything was fine but I didn't leave with any specific reason to go back.

We tried to get a table all week. We'll worth the wait. Great friendly service. Amazon food. Wonderful drink selection

Nashville Chicken and Special Chicken Salad Sandwich with walnuts, cranberries and greens were fantastic! Maybe some of the best chicken we have ever had. Nice blend of sweet and spicy. Cooked to perfect tenderness. The prices were very reasonable. Kids liked French Dip and Classic Reubens also. Tasty beer and generous alcohol in mixed drink.

Bonus...we loved the alternative 80s music...so did our kids!
