Yellow Deli

Love, love, loved this place!!! The inside was gorgeous and the staff seemed like hippies I'd meet at a Grateful Dead concert. The food was outstanding and I can't wait to go back!

As a plant based/Whole Foods diner (who usually makes her food from scratch) I rarely find a restaurant I can enjoy knowing there will be options for me that are also fresh & real ingredients. The veggie burger was delicious and I’ve had it at 2 locations now EACH with the best service. Love this restaurant!

What a surprise the Yellow Deli was. The food was amazing. They gave us drink samples as well as samples of warm banana bread. The staff was so friendly and the decor was great. Can't wait to visit again.

Great homemade food and good people, with a good purpose (I asked, it wasn't offered).

I hadn't checked reviews but had heard it was open late and thought it was a bar. There are many drinks offered, but is not a bar. Many teas, health drinks, smoothies are offered. The menu has many sandwiches, and also has vegetarian options and salads available too.

For the readers consideration to the negative reviews:. I'm sure that money I spend at restaurants supports many various people's agendas. And how I choose to spend it is on good food and to support good people, regardless of their beliefs- even if it conflicts with my own.

Amazing food, kind workers, GORGEOUS interior (love the woodworking). I can smell the yummy food from the street! Sometimes their service is a bit slow. But I really appreciate having vegan options!! Best veggie burger I have had! Their housemade veggie burger is even better than brands like Beyond, Impossible, etc. The bread and toppings really make it the best too. The fact that their prices haven't changed after all these years is really amazing too.

Excellant sandwiches , and home made soup is divine. On tap root beer in chilled mugs. Dozens of teas and healthy drinks. Home made desserts either light and fluffy or stick to your ribs. All of it delicious I have been here many times, and plan to be here many more..

This place is bomb! Prime Egg Sandwich. Bread is made on site. People are solid good people. My bro there blessed me with some of their products and they are delicious and filling. I had a 5 hour Bus ride back to NYC and that bar was delicious and on point.

What a hidden gem! The Yellow Deli is absolutely phenomenal. My experience here beat any experience I could’ve had. It was wonderful! The food is amazing and the staff is even better. Definitely recommend the Yellow Deli if you’re in the area. We defiantly enjoyed it!

Stopped in today for lunch while we were running errands in Oneonta. We were warmly greeted on arrival and when we said it was our first visit our server helped us explore the menu and brought us three samples of their iced teas, all of which were delicious. We decided on the house tea and the hibiscus. The cheddar potato soup was rich and tasty, served with a warm buttered slice of bread. We ordered the Reuben and Rose Deli sandwiches and they were both filled with thinly sliced tender meat and flavorful fillings. While it took us years to venture onto Main Street for this first visit, we will definitely be back soon!
