Very pleasant cafe aesthetic; relaxing; great customer service; tasty food with well rounded, but not overwhelming breakfast and lunch options; excellent roasted and brewed coffee. What’s not to love? Only problem is soon this place will be really popular and wait times could increase.

I had the protein balls, which were very good and did the job.

Best coffee in CNY, and that’s saying a lot given the other excellent local roasters we in Syracuse have the good fortune to be able to enjoy. Great food too—try a Bluebird crepe or a fresh croissant from Toast. But best of all are the wonderful owners and staff, who make your visit a pleasure from first sip to last.

Stopped for a quick pick-me-up at SkyTop coffee. The service was great, and the recommended "Gingerbread Chai" was DELICIOUS! We were pleasantly surprised and would highly recommend stopping.

I wanted to order the sandwich the "cheat" for curbside so I called and was told to use their website. When I went to there site, that I didn't find user-friendly at all, I couldn't find that sandwich so I called back. They informed me that it's the same as some other sandwich just with added bacon. I asked if I could just order on the phone and they said yes, so I ordered it. I picked it up and when I got home realized there was no bacon on it so I called and complained they told me to come back and they would add the bacon. When I got there the lady basically told me it was my fault because I didn't order online!!! Is it also my fault I wonder that there's now bits of chicken on my sandwich as well?? HORRIBLE SERVICE
I have to say that skytop redeemed themselves in my book. They refunded me for my last meal and I just ordered from there again and they made me a Delicious sandwich and a huge muffin. I'm very satisfied and the owner was very friendly to me. I recommend the morning star sandwich with added duck bacon to anyone. It's one of the best breakfast sandwiches I've ever had!!!

The baristas and all staff were accommodating, kind and helpful. I bought an oat milk latte and the milk was steamed perfectly, and the espresso was balanced.

Amazing local coffee joint! Fresh coffee and amazing baked items from chocolate chip cookies to vegan lemon basil scones! Fun fresh feel and the coffee is top notch!
