TOPS Friendly Markets

Local supermarket chain. Decent selection. My biggest gripe with this place is the lack of cashiers. They have 4 self checkout lanes and usually one other lane open. Head to Wegmans for better product and experience.

Customer service has a bunch of hideous people who do not help at all. The prices are always wrong because they are at changing sings and many things are over priced. The older cashiers are usually grumpier and not nice at all. Also their store itself looks from the 90s.

They took away the gluten free and organic section and integrated the items into the grocery shelves and freezer section. They now have the really expensive Vin-Chet gluten free bake goods and ONE type of Udi's gluten free bread.

Tops is ALWAYS overpriced, but the reason they sell anything is because they ALWAYS have ridiculous "sales". They crank their prices up, just so they can say their products are incredible deals, even though the "deals" typically turn out to still be more expensive than others' regular prices.

Visited store was overcharged for 2 items. Cashier was very unfriendly and uninterested. Cart retriever in lot was also unfriendly.

I really dislike tops and only go die to convenience. Everything is so overpriced. Like ridiculously overpriced. If the local wegmans wasn't so massive is never shop here. The only positive is there self checkout and large selection of ice cream

Tops is always a good go to for some local shopping. Kind of wish they would go back to 24 hour service though.

Clean, well organized, and actually has the products that we want, typically. Always a better shopping experience than their famous competitor, and now with decent produce and meats.

Found everything I needed at reasonable prices. Cashier was having trouble with the cash drawer do I went to the self checkout. Terrible idea. I have used many self checkout. This one was not user friendly.

The produce is fresh, the meat is better than at other local markets and the bakery is awesome. I enjoy not having to fight the crowds and the staff is always efficient and helpful.
