I continue to go here, the employees are very nice, normally the store isn't over crowded like their competitor, which starts with a W. 🤫. Its truly nice to take your time while shopping and not feel like you're in a Nascar race.

I was treated very rudely at your service counter in the Fayetteville store. I was exchanging an item & asked the young clerk how the transaction would be recorded in my checkbook. She harshly said, "I'm not your accountant" & turned away.
I spoke the Rachel, the manager who said she would speak to the clerk.
I was in sales and sales management over 40 years & would suggest she be reassigned to stocking and away from your customers. She isn't helping Tops ratings at all.

Have shopped here often. Store is usually clean and most of the employees are friendly, doing their best. Products in general are average grocery store quality with many above average prices, although with TOPS card there are some good deals. Problem is that if you check your receipt afterwards there is something like a 1 in 4 chance that some item you saw as member sale priced you actually paid full price on. Today I got to my car my and when I checked there were 4 items posted as on sale that I had been charged full price. Went back in, saw a manager and told him what happened and he did not seem surprised, merely told me the employee he was talking to would check into it at customer service. After multiple employees got involved in checking prices they eventually agreed I had been overcharged. Only the person who seemed to be involved in product pricing actually apologized. They then put a refund for the overcharge to my credit card and that was it. Since their prices change on Sunday and this was a Monday I'm certain a lot of customers were impacted. I will do most of my shopping elsewhere in the future.

Not my usual large shopping store. I shop at this store when I have other appointments in Fayetteville area. I did find everything on my list. Deli staff friendly and efficient. My cashier was also friendly and quick.

Waited 10 minutes to return something at the customer service desk because no one was there. Literally 3 workers walked passed me and didn’t ask if I needed help. The manager finally comes and was super impolite, after I had clearly been standing there for a long time. No apology, nothing. I tried to talk about my day to lighten the conversation and she ignored me. I usually don’t write bad reviews because I understand people have bad days, but this was so awkward and uncomfortable for me as a customer.
