Great place! Taking off a star because they charge extra for non-dairy creamer. The first carbon neutral bakery should be a little more progressive than that!

As of 10/17/21 They're expanding at the moment, but they remained open using mobile setup. Breads are fresh. Firewood oven pizza is delicious. They still provide clean mobile restroom with water for flush and sink. They paved the parking lot too which is awesome. 😁😁😁. They got chickens walking around which is noice. Will always stop here on my catskills trip.
