Excellent artisan coffee made locally for us here in Western NY. I just picked up my first order. I couldn't be happier with my experience. This is my go to coffee from now on. I met the owner when I picked my order up and he gave me a free tour! Awesome to see the process and all the inner workings of a small business in action. Great people, great coffee. Evening Star Coffee Roasters is our roaster of choice at Brandy's Cup of Joe! We love that they are local, and they treat us like family. Anything we need, we know Jody will be there for us. They carry all the products we need, and their beans are second to none! Their customer service is top notch, but most important is the coffee! Evening Star is meticulous. If a batch isn't perfect, it doesn't see the light of day. Our customers enjoy a high quality product, and Evening Star delivers! Five Stars all day long!!!

We were given some Evening Star Coffee (Jamaican Me Happy - so good!) for Christmas and immediately were hooked. We just ordered our first bag this past week! Delivery was prompt, coffee is fresh and as a fellow western New Yorker now living in PA, I am so happy to be supporting a local business from back home. :) Can't wait to order more!

Love this coffee! I purchased a few different kinds to give as gifts at Christmas and I also tried a variety of flavors myself. The owner, Jody, suggested some blend that I had not selected and threw them in with my order so that I could try them. I stopped at the location to pick up my order since I am local and Jody asked if I'd be interested in a tour of their facility. Jody walked me through the process which was quite interesting. I was very impressed by the cleanliness and order of their operation. Fantastic product and equally exceptional customer service!

I am not a coffee drinker, but I had Chocolate Avalanche about five years ago at a conference, and can no longer seem to remember that I don't drink coffee! I agree with all who said great local feel and service, Energizer bunny delivery speed, lovely fresh flavors and beans, easy to use website, and exceptional generosity - every time you order you get additional surprise coffee for free. Makes supporting local business a real joy...

Dropped by unannounced yesterday to purchase some of their coffee in person, not knowing that we should have purchased online. Nevertheless, they were most gracious to us and filled our order while we waited.

It is the best coffee we have ever had in this morning’s brew. We will certainly be an online customer in the future. Sterling customer service...would give them 10 stars if we could!!

I'd enjoyed their delicious coffee in cafes, but only recently discovered that I could buy it to brew at home. They have the easiest setup for ordering and pick up. The only problem I had was deciding which of the many roasts I wanted to order. I got four to try now and I'm sure we'll be trying more later.

My family loves the Majestic blend and the Maple-flavored coffee, which was a sample with our first order. Jody’s customer service is excellent and he fulfills orders quickly. We also love being able to pick up our order.

I am in love with this place! Great coffee and so many choices. They really have some great flavors. A simple text message places your order. They will text you when your order is ready. They have set up a great no contact pick up system. Very fast and convenient and you sure can't beat the coffee. The first time I called I had a great conversation with the owner. He was so knowledgeable and took a great deal of time with me to explain about the flavors and how they do it. I will never go any place else for my coffee!!! Give them a try - you won't be disappointed!
