I don't usually write reviews but I feel impelled to share my assessment of Evening Star Roasters Coffee; it has an aroma that fills my whole house, bringing back nostalgic mememories of when I was a kid and my Mom bought coffee at the A+P. This is the best coffee I have ever tasted/smelled. I am a fan for life so keep on keeping on! I will support this business because it is local, the owner is personable and approachable, and the roastery is neat/spotless!

Weldon Service & Repair, LLC has worked with Evening Star Coffee Roasters since 2010. Their coffee is outstanding and their service is prompt and professional! They offer a variety of coffee flavors and are willing to work with their customers regarding blends of coffee. Very friendly and accommodating!

Local source for fresh roasted beans by genuinely friendly and authentic folks. My favorite is Creation roast... single origin Ethiopian... now trying and liking the blends like Bird Lovers and Evening Star. Jody gave me a tour of his Roastery and offers free sample bags so I can try more of his huge variety.

Jody and crew do an outstanding job with their products! Always a consistent flavor profile, to which i love returning, every morning. Deliciously deep roasty coffee flavor; especially with their flagship roast, ‘Evening Star’, which is a single origin Papua New Guinea bean, i believe; SO good! Also, the chocolate hazelnut flavored variety is such an excellent flavor combo, it’s apparent that there is a lot of work that goes into each batch. Through the magic of the internet, i can still satisfy my cravings for these excellent roasts, even out of state!! Peppermint Mocha is a favorite for the holidays too! Thanks ESCR for all your hard work and dedication!

It happened one stormy night! Just kidding. It started as a gift eons ago and I finally decided to try it then. It was Knights Templar. I will say, I felt like a Viking drinking this quaff! I am so happy that I did this. This coffee has a special place in my home. Next to my Coffeeboxx and coffee machine! :) I probably will never find another roaster because this one has made me feel good when drinking their coffee. Something about their flavors. Also, compared to other caffeinated fares, this one keeps me alert and focused better. It could all be in my head or maybe I am onto something. Either way, I tell everyone where I get my coffee. Maybe since I am US Navy, which are full of coffee drinking addicts, I could find a way to spread it here in Virginia. Evening Star, please advise on my last statement. Have a wonderful day and I will forever be a loyal customer.

When I first try maple coffee, it was so good, and then look up your company and started to order them. Love the taste of the coffee and how strong the coffee it is. I love the flavors of the coffee. You are my favorite coffee company. Thank you.

Since we discovered Evening Star Coffee Roasters, it has become our only coffee to drink! The owner is friendly, flexible and reliable. He is a true master at roasting coffee to perfection. We are grateful for a wonderful product!

Thoughtful motivated owners. I ordered gift packs online and the owner drive them to my house instead of shipping them because he wanted to be sure I had them before Christmas! The boxes smell amazing! Check out this local family owned small business. You won’t be disappointed!
