UPDATE: FROM 4 STARS TO 2
Service absolutely sucks now. You either wait in the Drive-Thru forever even if you are the only person in line or if you go into the store the staff completely ignores you until they serve you and then they forget you ever existed and ignore the next customer.
Time to go somewhere else.
The coffee is amazing absolutely no doubt. The 4-stars is based on atmosphere. I feel like they could do so much more with outdoor space to make it user-friendly and the service could be a bit better...

They service very well. But I try to tips to them but they ignored me anyway.

I have no idea why this place has so many high reviews. Just picked up a latte and its undrinkable. Extremely bitter and taste awful and after the 1st ship I just dumped it out. My latte tasted like a Extremely cheap coffee, I would say something like what you call a cup of Joe and nothing more. I was expecting an especially coffee but I here we are. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE.

Drive through with 2 cars is consistently a 20 minute wait. Love the local coffee, but please try to be more efficient.

The finest coffee in Santa Fe. On the other hand the staff must turn over daily. We order Roaster Choice, which is 4, 1/2 lbs bags of coffee, we ask for dark roast #6 grind. The barista then chose the selections of coffee. Today we went through this task and placed our order and said we would pick up in an hour.. Our order was ready as requested. When we got home we opened the bag and all four bags were the same type of coffee, Organic Sumatre. The idea is when you order like this is to get a variety. Must give specific details from now on when ordering.
Update: we talked to Tai and all is good with order.

Best Coffee I have had in a while, wonderful roasted beans selection. I must have come on the wrong day because the staff were very mute to the point of being unfriendly. No response after we said good morning and hello and there is no response after the coffee. The two of them seem like they were in a trance listening to the Techno music with their main focus on the drive-thru window. I love my coffee too much so I will definitely go again. Go for the coffee.

While in Santa Fe this was the place most meeting my coffee needs. I have my European coffee expectations, including relation price-quality-service. 4* means good to me, subjectively I see few things I would do else or better, but there is nothing disturbing me here to complain. Only thing I missed are regular cups/mugs, drinking coffee from paper cups should not be the only choice. Staff is nice, friendly and relaxed - that's what I expect in my "hour for coffee".

Ohori's Coffee Roasters has at least two locations in Santa Fe and this is the one I visit the most. The small cafe latte with foam is naturally sweet but still packs a nice jolt of energy. The flavor of their coffee is a cut above the national chain's and the stores have a more individual character. Unique coffees from faraway places make for a dreamy atmosphere steeped in a global vibe. If you drink coffee, give it a shot.

Pretty good! They have several vegan milk substitutes, which I really appreciate. The drinks were not as strong as I would have liked, but the staff were extremely friendly and quick!

I stopped in after reading a few reviews of where to get coffee in SF, and I almost turned away after entering and noticing the very second-wave vibe and the smell of burnt, over-roasted beans (the “Starbucks smell”). The drink prices were favorable and I needed caffeine, so I decided to stick it out.
The barista was a little inattentive (didn't even acknowledge me standing there for a good full minute, even though she wasn't apparently helping anyone else), and I was a bit turned off to find that the prices were only for a single shot (one shot in a 12-oz latte is not even close to the proper ratio), so it ended up being over $4 by the time I added the necessary second shot.
The resulting drink was actually not bitter and quite drinkable and even featured some modest latte art, though I could still detect a subtle astringent taste of over-roasted beans. Not quite "awesome third-wave" quality but definitely good and sufficient.
