Molly did the cakes for our wedding and I 100% recommend her for any brides out there! First of all, she was an absolute pleasure to work with--so friendly and accommodating and it's clear she is really passionate about her work. Second, the flavor of her cakes and fillings is AMAZING. We had such a hard time at our tasting session because we loved so many different combos. Third, you *will not* get a better value. I had done a cake tasting with one of the big names in Santa Fe and Molly's cake was tastier, moister, and literally half the price per slice. Thank you Molly & Dulce Capital!!

We had the best experience planning and creating our wedding cake with Molly. She was incredibly friendly and amazing to work with from start to finish. There was a good range of cake flavors and fillings to choose from. We were able to appreciate each flavor on its own and as pairs. She really took the time to help envision our wedding cake and create something unique. We were amazed by her incredibly fair and honest pricing. I truly think about my wedding cake almost every day and dream of the buttercream frosting.

Very nice selection of baked goods. Love the scones- nice size, taste and variety. Good seating and location. Friendly staff.

Top notch, terrific quiche. I also tried their brownie. The brownie was dark and bittersweet. They had a small selection but a good selection. They also had 3 types of chocolate chip cookies: regular, coconut and espresso. I appreciated that they offered to heat my quiche up. The staff was quite nice. They had outdoor seating.

W-O-W! Exceptional service, friendly attitudes, and delicious desserts! I called and spoke with the nicest gentleman who handed the phone off to Molly. I explained that Mexican Wedding cookies were my absolute favorite dessert, and that I was eloping two weeks later and really wanted to offer them at my after party. (During COVID, they stopped making these as their menu is limited.) Molly said she would love to make some cookies for my elopement and asked how many I'd like! I only had 13 guests at my house, but because Molly (and the gentleman I spoke to before her) went above and beyond for me I ended up ordering a whole batch (32 cookies) AND 15 cupcakes! I went to try it out in-store a few days after I placed the order and everyone was again so friendly! I ordered a pastry and it was the best cinnamon roll ever! Fast forward to my big day and the cookies and cupcakes were huge, delicious, and such a big hit with guests! I can't thank you all AND MOLLY enough!

Went in today to the new location in Rio Rancho. Picked up some lavendar vanilla latte and wow it was so good and my kids got some cupcakes/muffins Will definetly be back! Looks like it has a lot of potential to be a really cute spot . Yay. Love to support local rather than Starbucks.

Nice casual breakfast; our muffin and lemon bar were fantastic, my mom had the vegetarian burrito and loved it, my quiche was a little rich and not quite warm enough for my taste, but others may have found it just fine. Overall, I will certainly come back next time I'm in Santa Fe.

The gluten-free muffin is flipping amazing. They have dairy free milk for all their drinks and the red roibos symphony ... also amazing. When I was there they were playing cheerful 80s synth.

The pastries I tried were good, but I think there are better options in Santa Fe.

I got a Cafe Mocha and a turkey sandwich. Will have to come back to try the other bakery’s!
