Counter Culture

The space was beautiful and spacious. I tried the frittata, it was bursting with unexpected flavor and served with mixed greens. The coffee was excellent with several choices available. Attentive wait staff. Great spot for a leisurely Sunday morning breakfast.

I always have a great meal at Counter Culture. The food and staff are great. The operation runs smoothly and the food is out quickly.

I had the:
steak sandwich
carne asada, swiss cheese, grilled onions, lime & serrano aioli on baguette w/haystax

My friend had:
house roasted turkey sandwich
swiss cheese, lettuce, tomato, avocado sprouts & mayo on whole wheat bread

It all delicious. The owner hooked us up with some chocolate Bundt cake. It had a rich chocolatey and moist butter cream frosting and the cake itself was off the hook.

I’ve been a customer for many years and it is one that is always on point, and one that I plan visit soon.

Was introduced to this fabulous place for breakfast. A very popular place! I ordered the Gravlox- and it was awesome! Very tasty salmon with capers, pickles, served on a bed of argula!

I liked the atmosphere, and there is so much more on the menu I want to try! I will be going back!

Their enormous cinnamon rolls are to die for but bring another person. THEN the French toast they make out of their cinnamon rolls is diabetes on a plate. AMAZING. Great coffee, great lunch. This is probably my favorite place to eat in Santa Fe.

That’s why it somewhat pains me to say the following.

I’m sure you can guess by the name that if you have normal people political opinions you shouldn’t even think of expressing them out loud here. You’re in Santa Fe though, everyone in this town has decided rectally is the proper place to store sticks and is completely disconnected from the reality of the rest of the world.

Get your food to go and they’re cash only.

You order at the counter. The menu has enough options to please most palates. I ordered the caprese salad sandwich. It was tasty but the tomato slices could have been slightly bigger. I also opted for the fries. They were good but weren't crispy, like they'd been sitting out for a few minutes instead of cooked fresh for my order.

Great food and service. Vietnamese coffee and coffee cake are really good. Cowboy bowl is good. Caprese is one of the vegetarian option and tmit tastes good.

A good Juevos Rancheros. Served quickly and looks good on the plate. Red and Green too hot for my palate, but New Mexico style. The oatmeal with all the fixins was also quite delicious. Many wonderful outdoor places to sit. The difficulty is with the small parking lot. There is a good patio in the back with outdoor seating. We had also tried the special pancakes with ricotta cheese and lemon, delicious!

Decided to stop by there for breakfast over the weekend, after having not been there since 2020. SO glad we did. They started accepting cards for payment, which is a huge time saver. This only pales in comparison to the amazing customer service and warm welcoming we received upon going in. The line moved quickly and we were able to order our food in a short amount of time. It is self seating and the food was quick to come right after. The coffee is pour yourself and it was a tasty blend. My fiancé ordered the frittata and I got the standard breakfast and when I tasted his, it was full of flavor. My eggs, bacon, home fries, and pancakes were cooked to perfection and it was definitely a scrumptious bite. We will be back again.

I could stay for a week in Santa Fe and eat here for breakfast, lunch and dinner and be blissfully happy. Everything is so delicious! Great vibe, spacious patio - you will not be disappointed!

We ordered cinnamon rolls, the breakfast quesadilla, thai iced coffee and a shot in the dark. The icing on those cinnamon rolls is amazing. There is some kind of extract or spice in there that I could not identify, but it was delicious. I love a bread-y cinnamon roll. I ended up taking away the quesadilla and eating it room temperature later in the day and I was very happy with it in that state... if I had eaten it fresh at the restaurant I imagine it would have knocked my socks off. The shot in the dark was good too.
