Sweet staff. We went on a Monday morning and it was almost empty. The ordering/seating process is a little confusing/odd but they at least have clear instructions so you generally figure it out quickly. The outdoor patio is very cute even if there’s a little traffic noise. The bakery case all looked wonderful, we got the pecan sticky bun and it was amazing! Both entrees were 100% homes for and delicious. Would definitely go back!

The customer service was friendly and prompt. The plates are well served to make sure you’ll be full when you leave. A little confusion when we first arrive because we were sure where to order or if we would be seated. You order in the front and you could seat yourself after you order.

Best place in Ruidoso! So good we went twice! Amazing staff, super yummy food and baked goods, and their coffee was to die for! I absolutely recommed the Chia Latte, the Strawberry Mamosa, and Berry Crepes!

Pretty disappointed with service, experience, and price. $7 “large” OJ
My orange juice was only dollars less than my actual meal……
The whole set up is confusing to anyone who’s not a local or employee.

Fun stuff, Oh a must go! What a great little place right in town. Inviting atmosphere with a lovely crew. Yummy baked goods to stay and eat or take with you. Wonderful choices for breakfast or lunch. Go have fun, Enjoy!

If I could leave 0 stars I would. The eggs Benedict was disgusting and when I didn’t eat it I was offered something else and charged for it. When I mentioned it, the manager said “oh I was told you didn’t like it because you’re pregnant” WHAT?!????

The place is nice. Just ordering system was confusing when you come with a party of 7. They take everyone's order and then try to spilt the check.
Pet friendly. Nice outside patio.
Food is normal Village lnn standard. Loved the customer service.

Food is good not great but good. They have a horrible system of seating people and taking orders. They literally turned away about 20 ppl saying theyre not serving anymore. First business i've seen where they turn business away. Last time going there

The food was so good here that we went two days in a row on our vacation! The patio was really nice, the staff took great covid precautions and were helpful with recommendations, and these are the best huevos rancheros I've had! Be sure to pick up baked goods for a snack later... Every pastry was delectable 😋

This place has truly become disappointing. Service protocols have changed drastically. You are no longer able to order at a table anymore, you must be ready to order before you walk in the door. My family and I felt rushed to figure out what to eat to make sure we got a table. Once at your table, there is no customer service! All the servers do is bring your food and drinks. When I received my food, I was missing half my order. My server told me he would be right back with the rest of my food. He never returned to our table! We had to walk to the kitchen door and ask them to bring the rest of my food. When we got to the register to pay for our meal, the restaurant charged us a combined service fee of $20!! We were a table of 5. There was no signs posted saying they would charge gratuity for party minimum. I ended up paying $25 for soup, salad, and half a sandwich with the gratuity added. Very disappointing. If you decide to eat here, please check the screen and make sure the amount is correct before paying. Will not be returning!
