From the second the cashier took our order, it was a disaster. The cashier was rude and put in our order wrong. When they sat us at a table, they completely forgot to include our youngest child, as if she didn't exist the entire meal (no drink, no silverware, no chair).
It took us 50 minutes to get our food after ordering/sitting down, and even the group that sat next to us got their food before us, even though they came in 15 minutes after we did and they were a bigger party. We didn't even have silverware until asking, well after we got our food. Our food came out wrong and with missing items, all the while being cold after waiting almost an hour! The waffle was so gross that it was disintegrating the second I touched it, and it tasted like salty biscuit batter that someone poured into the shape of a waffle.
Our server never offered to refill our kids' drinks and only refilled ours after quite a while of being empty. She also never checked on us; we had to flag her down every time we were missing things. The server never apologized or comunicated about anything. We asked multiple times about our croissant that we ordered before being seated. When we paid she said, "they never pulled your item and now we are out." She offered a free different bakery item, but we were so frustrated that we said no thank you. We just wanted to leave at that point.
To sum it up, the worst food, worst service, and the longest wait!

We have loved this spot in the past, but our experience this time was incredibly disappointing! We went prior to peak time, no line upon arrival, and everything still felt rushed and like we were inconveniencing the staff by our mere presence. The ordering process is awkward and staff taking orders were not particularly helpful. Waitstaff were nice enough but not terribly attentive. We had to remind them about some of our beverages and then were served duplicates of others. The food was so disappointing. The pancakes were tough/dry and didn’t seem fresh. Most of our meals were lukewarm at best. The sausage gravy contained literally not one piece of sausage, the scrambled eggs were mushy, and the list goes on. My best guess is that in an effort to increase efficiency, they have severely cut their quality and any sense of charm that previously existed. I truly hope that the owners are paying attention to these reviews and can turn things around before it’s too late!!

We had high expectations of the place, you have to go through the cashier, before ordering, the menu does not have photos, you see it standing up, very complicated. They give us a ticket and you go to the table without paying, the waitress got upset about changing a glass of water without ice, and she spilled water on me, the food was delicious, normal. The worst thing was when separated the account into four, she charged us 15 dollars more, and he did not bring the terminal, he asked us for cards, and he wanted the PIN. Very bad attention from the waitress, I will not return, I do not recommend. disappointing.

This was the most horrible order online and pick-up experience I have ever had. Tried to call no success on hold forever. By the time I got our brunch to the office, it was cold not to say the less missing a item as well. I have been here before to eat and it was better. I guess, eat there. It was crowed, but this was really bad for order online carry out service. I won't do that again...

The mood for your experience is set right when you walk in. The lady at the front where you order when you walk in (which is strange in itself and makes you feel very rushed) is extremely unfriendly and hardly willing to answer questions, not to mention she left half of our drinks off our ticket. Noted, we came when there was no rush and no one in line behind us. We had to ask a couple times for those drinks and made it mostly through all our meals before we finally got them. Now to the food, it’s all good flavor but it’s all cold, including the eggs Benedict and omelette plates. My moms veggie sandwich was missing half of the veggies and might have well been just bread. My dad ordered a salad and found a magnet in it halfway through eating. We alerted a manager and she was friendly and understanding, even compted the salad for us, but was in a rush and left quickly before being able to voice any other concerns. And out of the times we’ve been, I think it’s important to mention that every waiter and waitress has always been very kind and done their best. There’s ups and down, we’d probably give it another shot but I was embarrassed to have recommended this place to eat at this time.

If i could do a half star I definitely would. I've never even reviewed restraunts before on Google because it's usually not worth the time, but this place is in desperate need of staff change, more importantly the hostess operating the front register taking orders. She is rude and very short with everyone. She clearly doesn't even understand her own place of employments seating policy. They tell you to wait in line and to have your order ready for when you reach the front, as soon as we get to the front, the hostess tells us that "we will have to wait" since we were a table of 6 (not a big deal) but then she tells us that we I fact can't order unless we "find a table first, as it's first come first serve" which contradicts all the signs for ordering. So we find a table, and ask a waitress what the deal is, and she tells us that no, we order first and get assigned a table. In short, we did not even get to eat here as the service made it literally impossible for us to make an order. The owners need to address this immediately or their business will die within a couple years. I would be furious if I were the owner and witnessed an employee have that exchange with multiple customers.

This is an amazing place to go and grab a quick breakfast to start your morning. Their coffees are excellent and Clovis breakfast and Alto breakfast quesadilla are my favorite. I have also tried the Slice of fruit of the forest pie which was Very Berry Delicious 🔥

This is an upscale breakfast restaurant. The service was excellent. Our waitress was very friendly and helpful. They have dough for the kids to play with while you wait for your food. For our family of four is cost roughly $50 before tip. The food was good. My son really enjoyed the crepes. My husband and youngest both had pancakes and enjoyed them. They have an awesome bakery that I wish we would have seen before we ordered breakfast. It had lots of amazing looking pastries. We enjoyed eating here though the price was a little steep. Though I can not look down on anything but that. Everything else was fabulous.

Not from here. Went in. Was told to pick from the menu first and then get in a line (there were several lines). Got in a line. Stepped away for a quick second and a lady and her husband took my spot, didn't even ask if I was in line and then a buttload of people walked in. Ended up at the back of the line, waited, no servers there to greet you or tell you anything. The lunch menu is extremely limited, yet there's a huge breakfast menu. The system just makes no sense and no one is there to really guide you. Bad system. Bad customer service.
