Went here 2 days this past weekend. First day the ordering was alright. The girl taking our orders (there were 5 of us) wouldn't let us make separate orders she said the waiter would separate everything for us. We had multiple mistakes on the order the first day but the waiter was great and fixed everything. They also charged us a $30 service charge. The club sandwich was delicious and the crapes were very good the salmon salad was great and the baked goods were great. The second day I wasn't very hungry so I opted for just a lemonade and a cup of fruit salad. They wouldn't allow me to make a separate order again so we all had to put the stuff on one order. The lemonade was pure sugar water and completely un drinkable the $4 fruit salad consisted of thawed out frozen pineapple old strawberries and old grapes. There were lots of mistakes on the orders again and they charged a service charge yet again. My lemonade, fruit cup and loaf of bread costed $21 after the tax service charge and the baked good they added to my order by mistake. Overall most of the food was great but the communication between staff and the entire ordering system is terrible. I hope the issues are resolved so that others don't have to have the same problems

The food was good, loved the french toast. The Caramel latte was quite sweet. There is a bit of confusion when you first arrive and order, one of the hostess/order takers was short with customers and didn't explain much. If you want to sit inside and need to wait no one explains to you how this will work as seating is as you order and each customer finds their own. Even though it was a bit on the busier side when we arrived, our food did come out pretty quickly. We also had several servers checking on on our table.
Additionally, (like most businesses in Ruidoso we discovered) no one is following the state mask mandate. While eating we could hear a loud deep cough from the kitchen followed a member of the wait staff yelling, "Cover your mouth!" The kitchen staffer yelled back, "I did!" With a state that has such a high number of covid cases right now, no one wearing a mask in a restaurant working with food is concerning. Especially in a town filled with tourists.

This is a very good breakfast restaurant. The Vietnamese coffee was excellent. I've been to Vietnam and it definitely tastes like what you would get there. Good prices. Good quick service. Great tasting breakfast. Highly recommended.

This has been a favorite restaurant of mine since the early 2000s when I would come to Ruidoso as a visitor. Now that I’ve lived here a few years, it still is!
The service is always phenomenal, very friendly and attentive. The restaurant itself is bright with a good atmosphere, perfect for a morning pick me up. The coffee is delicious, with a hint of pecan flavor.
The food is good, I love their Turkey Club, delicious! More often than not I am there for breakfast. They have a few selections but nothing extraordinary. Typical breakfast: eggs, sausage, bacon, pancakes, etc. I enjoy everything except for the country potatoes which I find to be extremely dry and flavorless. They do also offer lighter fare such as oatmeal. The oatmeal is overpriced in my opinion, at almost $14-15. They also have a bakery with various delicious assortments of pastries which are all very tasty. My favorite is the decadent cheesecake. They also serve wine and beer. The times I’ve ordered beer they bring you a frosted glass that just makes it so much better.
Overall, the prices are comparable to other restaurants in the area, looking at plates from $10 and up. The service is what makes it for me, basing it on all my experiences eating here, they have the best service in Ruidoso. It’s almost as if the waiters and waitresses look forward to coming to work! All super nice. Don’t leave Ruidoso without giving this place a try, even if just for a cup of coffee or a slice of pie. This place can have long lines during the weekends when more tourists are in the area.

The portions are a great size and the food was delicious. The staff was very energetic and friendly, open to make suggestions and overall did a great job handling a 10 person party. Will definitely return for the coffee bar & homemade biscuits.

A little different on service, menus line the outside walls with the intent that you make all your decisions up front as you request your table. Whole groups must order together regardless of intent to split bills. A larger group was easily accommodated right in front of us. Food was brought out quickly and each plate was delicious. The green chili was flavorful but not hot at all. Crepes were amazing and light. My wife's over medium eggs on the huevos rancheros were done perfectly. Worth the wait. Very filling. The coffee and chai tea were delicious as well! A minor issue was immediately corrected. The staff was attentive and extremely friendly.

Poor customer service. Ordering & seating arrangement is confusing. Food did arrive quickly but the cheese on my omelet wasn't melted, potatoes were cold, & saddest of all my coffee was cold! It was the quite the ordeal to get the slice of pie we ordered. However, we did like the cool bottle that held the water 😁

We ate here on August, 2 and the food was incredible. My husband doesn't usually go for green chilles but when he tried my pulled pork omelet with the green chille sauce, he loved it! I also highly recommend the desert pear lemonade and the green chile cheese toast. Everything we ate was delicious and it made us want to visit New Mexico again just for their food.

Really cute place and they also have a gift shop. Overall, food was pretty good. My husband ordered the veggie omelette. He loved it. I ordered the biscuits with gravy with a side of rosemary potatoes. The biscuits and gravy were good, but the potatoes tasted a day old. I would give this place another try.

The large coke was 3 dollars, the large milk was 4 dollars. The sausage gravy had 1 piece of sausage, and the gravy and biscuits were SWEET! My wife also ordered an omelet and asked for specifics items off of it, and they got none of it right. Probably due to the chaotic nature of the restaurant. Wanted to like this place with the great reviews, but if you actually start reading reviews they're not above a 3 star review for most of them. Over priced and overly sweet gravy is a no for myself and my family!
