Aroma Joe’s

I come here semi-regularly and have never had a bad experience. Like many AJ’s stores, they manage to consistently hire some of the most friendly and pleasant employees I ever meet.

Even when it’s very busy, the line generally moves at a decent pace. Never had any problems with my orders, though coffees can be a little inconsistent (I still drink ‘em though!).

We waited behind a car for about 15 minutes then when we pulled up we waited at a closed window for about ten minutes before a teenager finally asked what we wanted…then, despite it being a simple order, it took her another ten minutes. The coffee was mediocre - I’d skip this place and go literally anywhere else.

I had a lovely experience! The customer service provided by the girl with the black hair and eyebrow piercing was wonderful! 10/10 coming back every day I can!

They were open and Starbucks wasn't. The service was excellent! The sandwich was pre-frozen fast food but tasty enough and their coffee is adequate, although not my personal favorite, it's always well roasted and brewed.

They're not allowed to butter or put any spread on your bagel. Very inconvenient for the customer, especially for a drive through service.

The food, drink and staff is generally great.

I hate to say it but this and Coffee Roasters has the best coffee in town. If you want to try an alternative to the big name places then try these guys out a few times. Coffee is definitely better tasting and it is a different taste. But that’s because it’s better and organic coffee.

Just started going to Aroma Joe's this week and the staff here at this Portsmouth location is filled with the most wonderful sweethearts!!!! These QUEENS work so hard and the genuine kindness always makes my day!! Makes me excited to return every morning! Thank you ladies!!! ❤

The servers were very nice and they had a lot of patience with my family. We had a few small questions since we'd never been there before, and they were very kind about it. The coffee wasn't what we expected, but I found it enjoyable.

I purchased a Mocha latte and it was delicious. The drivethrough went quickly, and the staff was friendly. Price is almost equivalent to Starbucks for a reference
