Ordered a croissant sauge egg and cheese
Was very good. Next day I tried getting another. Got told wasn't allowed to do that and if I did they charge me for 2 sandwich cause croissant wasn't for sausage egg and cheese just ham. So I instead got the biscuit to just make life easier for them. Got my sandwich and the sausage was cold as ice same with egg. I guess I learned my lesson on buying food from them.

I currently visit this aroma Joes location every morning- as a multi store business owner- my commute changes often, because of this, I have gone to four separate aroma Joe’s, hundreds of times. If there was a job for being an aroma Joe’s Sommelier you might as well give me a name tag. I leave this review not because this aromas is good, but because it is the best. Fast, consistent and great service, are a definite. I find this to be a direct reflection of the efforts provided by the day-to-day management of that store name Brooke. As a staff and management trainer myself I can tell she has a keen understanding not only of the financial acumen of the business, but also a deep understanding of how to develop a customer base, and retain talent. I’ve never seen such a dedicated employee, and if she needs a job anytime soon, let it be known she can walk into any of my establishments and have one. Starting pay will be 3 dollars more than whatever they are paying you- clock in time is 8:00 AM 👍

Management for what it’s worth, when people sit in the drive through for five minutes without a response and end up leaving and seeing the employee hanging out with their boyfriend in the lobby and there’s no customers, you need to make corrective actions. It’s not appropriate

they crisp my hashbrowns the way I want them to sometimes and the girls that I've talked to have been pretty nice. However, their drive-through service sucks. I waited over five minutes for someone to try to help me this morning, and even though I saw several people make eye contact with me, no one would come to help. I eventually just left after people were pulling up behind me. When I got there, I was the only one in line. I've had to wait super long with no one ahead of me. Just super inconvenient
