Aroma Joe’s

I never had issues order from this place until the past 3 times I been there within a month or so. They made my rush in the wrong size two times in a row I was there. I always order a 32oz BlackBerry cherry rush and 24oz a blue Hawaiian rush. Sometimes I order hash browns. They gave me a 24oz in the blackberry cherry, which is kinda annoying but not the end of the world. But Then this morning they made my blue Hawaiian. It’s PURPLE. The girl said it’s blue Hawaiian. This isn’t blue at all!! It taste like sweet tart also she got it in the wrong size, this is 32 oz. I never had issues at other locations before. They also said they can’t make hash browns cause the oven is not warm enough… they been open for about an hour now. I will never be coming back to this location again. The girl that has black hair wearing a Spartans sweat shirt this morning, girl that was there clearly don’t know what she is doing and is clearly color bind. I use to work in the food industry and I know sometimes you make mistakes and all but this is the third time in a row happening. I like to give a place a few chances to make us their mistakes but three times especially in a row to mess up is bad. I will be not going to this location ever again

Omg. Waited 15 minutes to get an espresso with no espresso. Had to get back in line 30 minutes to get it fixed. The young girl asked what kind of milk. It's an Irish kicker. It's MADE with cream. 2nd one wrong too

Coffee is definitely a hit or miss. 3rd time I’ve got a large peppermint bark latte’ and it’s the second time in a row that it’s had no flavor at all!! The first one I tried was amazing which is why I ordered it again. Second time I just thought maybe they gave me the wrong order by mistake so I tried it a third time and it’s worse than the second time! Chances of me stopping in for coffee again is not probable!

Best coffee EVER and the service is always wonderful!! There were only two times my coffee was either the wrong flavor or the wrong size but they fixed it right away and were incredibly wonderful, apologetic, and kind about it. Aside from that, my coffee is always made perfectly! Can't say enough good things about what they offer and the staff! :) HIGHLY recommend!

Well, in case the owners and higher ups don't know, the staff at the Marden Sanford location are GREAT, I'm a regular as well as Jr. Attentive, quick and accurate, the most consistent iced coffee makers of all the Aromas I have been to. Thanks Nikki, Saidie, Zack, and others therr!! you make our coffee and day perfect

I absolutely love Aroma Joes, however I was traveling and stopped at this Aromas next to the Mardens in Sanford around 7:30pm on July 26th and was disappointed in the customer service. The receipt had the name Sadie at the bottom and I found the service to be unwelcoming. I also observed this same person to be treating one of her fellow coworkers unprofessionally in front of myself and two other customers. I hope she may have just been having a bad day and that she attempts to improve.

Some of the girls in the afternoon/morning seem quite rude. If they smiled and didn't have a tone i would enjoy going there. They treat there costmers with no respect and like we don't k ow anything. Two stars only because the drinks are greant and the people at night are really nice. Get rid of the girl with resting b**ch face.

Stopped by over the weekend, haven't been here in a long time. Gotta say the new staff was quick and friendly. I asked the guy to make me any frojoe because I have no idea what is good for frojoes, he gave me a smores one and it was very good!
