100% authentic Italian experience. Blown away by the quality and selection of treats and baked goods. I wanted one of everything! Can't wait to come back again. Their almond croissant was like an out-of-body experience. North Conway has many choices for coffee, and Cafe Italia beats them all by a mile! Hurry up and try them for yourselves. Guarantee you'll love it.

Fast and super friendly service and great pastries. Authentically Italian. I had an expresso and some small-bite sweets - all of them delicious. Not as crowded as other popular coffee spots in North Conway village.

OK, our experience here was phenomenal. In stark contrast to a poor experience at a neighboring café just a few doors down the street. The owners of this small café completely get the idea of customer experience, recognition, and appreciation. They have a fantastic menu of lattes, both frozen and hot, with both breakfast and lunch selections. I had the hot mocha latte in my wife had the frozen heath bar latte. Absolutely delicious. Their cannolis are to die for. Both mother and daughter were working the counter and really showed a warmth and sincere appreciation for each customer entering their store. The daughters motto on the back of her work T-shirt says it all. Translated it means, our customers are simply very beautiful. They mean it! Would highly recommend for a coffee, latte, dessert, breakfast, or lunch!

Super friendly staff! Great paninis and even better tiramisu. Grab a table outside and enjoy the great view.

My family and I went to Cafe Italia because we were craving a dessert. Everything we ordered was delicious! Customer service was implacable. We highly recommend this cafe if you want to have something sweet, a coffee, latte, cappuccino or a delicious smoothie. This is a place we’ll definitely visit often.

I received a gift card from a coworker, my family’s Italian so she thought I would appreciate trying the food as she said it was outstanding. I was pleasantly surprised, I used the entire gift card and bought a sandwich for lunch, pastries, cannoli, tricolore cookies, etc. The bombolini reminds me of the little café we go to near our house in Italy to have coffee and pastry every morning. I love this place, highly recommend it and I’ll definitely be back!

Authentic Italian cafe with a wide selection of coffees, smoothies, pastries and gelato. Adorable couple run the place, very pleasant and attentive. We had the gelato and tiramisu-delicious!
