Favorite place in North Conway, hands down!
Lory and Max are amazing, staff always great. Gelato is the best we've ever had! Espressos, lattes, paninis, croissants, and REAL itailian desserts.. Thank you so much for being a part of North Conway!

Perfect (mocha) lattes and great pastries!! The staff is always smiling and sweet, and the ambiance is very pretty. I always look forward to going :).

The italian woman working there is one of the best people i met in America. They have a very welcoming spirit. Store is extremely clean and cozy. The baba roma tasted great. I would recommend this cafe for anyone visiting this area.

Gelato was delicious, had the mango and vanilla in the smallest size but they gave a generous portion for both. Worth the stop 100 percent!

The food is great. The Coffee/smoothies are great and the staff are so nice and welcoming. Highly recommend for a quick breakfast/lunch.

If you want a genuine taste of Italy in North Conway you have to try this place. The baking goods are out of this world! Be sure try try tiramisu with almonds!!
Capuchino and lates are the best. We will make this place our regular visit!

Impromptu stop at Cafe Italia ended up being a delight. I had the Caprese Panini and not only was it crisp, the tomato was perfectly ripe and the pesto was fresh tasting and sharp just the way I like it. The staff are friendly and accommodating. My frozen latte was refreshing and hit the spot on a hot summer day.

Amazing cappuccino and croissants. On the menu are bagel breakfast sandwiches, which we asked to be made on croissant, which was delicious. Cappuccino best I've ever had. Very friendly too!
