Good food and great service but it feels a bit cramped.

My husband and I stopped by on a Saturday morning after a long flight to start our vacation and although there was a wait, it was worth it and a great way to start our vacation! The blueberry struessel french toast was AMAZING, and my husband's homemade hash and eggs and biscuits and gravy were among the best he has ever had. We will definitely try to get back there before we leave town!

Today i ordered food thru GrubHub from this reaturant. While reviewing my order i realized i didnt add a drink. So i called the resturant to see if i could possibly add one before the grubhub driver arrived. I was placed on hold to be answered from a woman who claimed she was the owner of the business. Im like sweet...so i tell her i want to add a drink to my order and she rudely says to me and i quote " Look mam i cant do that and your order will not be made because i dont use grub hub for my business. I dont know why they have my business on there app but we are a small mom pop shop and grubhub isnt a service we use so your order will not be fullfilled."......im like what? Wait i just ordered......she again rudely interrupting me says to me "what do you want me to tell you. Your order will not be fullfilled and if you have any concerns call grubhub." Ive never been to this business before and thought hey it looks good......lets try it.

Never ever again will I!!!!!

I was in Reno on a work trip for a week. Our client's business was right down the street from The Cup Cafe. My project manager and I decided to stop by and grab a quick bite to eat.

This was the best decision we made the entire trip, hands down. I highly recommend. We ate here for breakfast multiple times that week. It is also a great place to meet some locals. We had a great time.

Great breakfast, their menu is extensive and the coffee is excellent.

My granddaughters 9th Birthday breakfast. She loves The Cup. They did a fabulous job on her mickey pancakes. Thank you All at The Cup.

Fast, attentive service. Delicious food. Great portions for the price. I had the eggs Benedict and my fianceé had the chicken fried steak. My eggs were poached perfectly with a great portion of ham. The chicken fried steak was fresh and tasty, but the potatoes were the best part!

Delicious food! Staff was very accommodating to food restrictions like gluten-free and dairy-free. Breakfast quesadilla with some pepper plant hot sauce... Mmmmmmm!

Wow wow wow super dinner. I have driven pass this place a thousand times. This was our first time inside. We love this place, service good, price good and food great. I will be back soon

The food was OK the girls were nice to look at Not my greatest experience but it is a holiday probably a little bit better during a regular business day I still recommend the place It's good Eating
