Great place to stop in for breakfast. Food came out quickly and was very tasty. Staff were friendly and attentive. Highly recommend.

Three years ago, I gave The Cup Cafe 5 stars. We were impressed with the menu, the food, the price, and the service. This year we were in the Reno area and decided to eat there. The menu was still great and the food was still very good but breakfast for the two of us was over $30. The waitress tried to keep up but they, like so many businesses these days, were short of help. There wasn't a cashier to pay so we were instructed to pay at the table. Between the expensive breakfast (a sign of the times) and the slow service, I had to reduce the number of stars I gave it to 3, which is average.

Probably the rudest and laziest kitchen staff I have ever experienced. Waiting to be seated isn't a big deal, but to wait for 20 minutes to get water after being seated is. I don't know if it was the drink runners first job, or first day but she her facial expressions were so uncomfortable, i didnt feel good ordering anything. We had to ask the hostess to refill our waters, as a fellow server it was a disappointing meal. If you don't want to work on shift, go home.

Great coffee shop for some good down home food. The food is prepared right behind the counter and during breakfast they are hustling. Fresh eggs cracked right before your eyes and delicious hash browns cooking. Very fast and friendly service.

Absolutely amazing place to have breakfast. Be sure and customize your own omelet...Try egg whites, sausage, red peppers, onions, artichoke, mushrooms, feta, kalamata olives...WOW, DELICIOUS

Absolutely the best breakfast in Reno! Great food great staff. Try the Benedict, the Scramble, or the crunchy French toast. Lunch is fantastic too, good burgers, cheese steak, all the favorites.

The food was pretty good! The service was.outstanding and the atmosphere almots reminded me of my mothers caffe from.when i was younger!
