This is our Favorite Breakfast place. Fast thoughtful service, excellent food, mind blowing consistency! Everything on the table is of the highest quality, from the pepper grinder to the smuckers jelly. The coffee is excellent and always hot. The biscuits and gravy are incredible and can be subbed for toast. The eggs Benedict is a game changer and the omelets are perfect every time. We are crazy picky and nearly anyways leave bad reviews. This place never disappoints.

Stopped for early morning breakfast passing thru, obviously a busy place that locals frequent often. Great selection of Egg Benedict options - we had the Bacon Avocado Benedict and the Garden Benedict, and they were super yummy! Service was really good for being so busy. Sign on the door said “use other door”, but then people inside were knocking on the window telling us to ignore the sign - that’s a little strange. Otherwise a cute place.

We wanted to try this place as we always drive by. It was extremely busy, however, the customer service was great despite the crowd. Unfortunately, that's really the only positive thing I have to say.
The parking situation is cramped, and I had to circle the block to find a spot. The food was okay. I ordered the bacon avocado benedict with home fries. The bacon was way overcooked and my potatoes were burned.
The biggest surprise was when the check came. Apparently, the menu price is the cash price. If you pay with a card they charge you a 3.5% fee. There is no signage anywhere that I could see which states you will be charged more when paying with a card.

Waitress was sweetest ever, they had her pretty busy! And she still managed to get our meals and refills super quick. Large portions at a great price, tipped waitress straight up half the bill price we were so impressed.
Thank you! Will definitely be back.

Food was great, place was clean, staff was very friendly, and their chicken fried steak was delicious. We had a 15 min wait before seated but that's cause it was very packed when we arrived. Nice spot

Super cute restaurant! Came for breakfast and we were seated quickly and got our food out pretty fast. Between the two of us we only spent $35 plus tip! It’s so adorable with the cute fall decorations.

I am so happy I found this place! The only problem is that now I am spoiled. The food, the vibe, the service.... All outstanding.

My wife found this place looking for a breakfast spot before our flight out of Reno, and "OH, WHAT A FIND!!" This place is a gem! Very warm welcome and was quickly seated, even though the restaurant was packed. I had the Tuscan Scramble, my wife had the Feta Scramble, and our son tried the Southern Scramble... all deliciously excellent! 😋 The biscuits are DE-lish - super fluffy and buttery. We also had mimosas, which came out looking like we were dining @ The Ritz! The champagne flutes were quite impressive and they tasted exceptional!
What really set this place apart was the service! From the hostess, to the kitchen staff, to our amazing server (whose name escapes me but she was a very attractive redhead) they made you feel very welcomed and like valued guests. Love when you can tell restaurant staff have great camaraderie and take pride in their establishment!
Kudos to "The Cup Café" for such an amazing dining experience! Frankly, I'll be traveling back to Reno just to eat here... and maybe few other things.

Really cute breakfast spot. Loved how it opens early. I don't know why but one thing I was expecting from this place was to have unique cups would be a great idea to fit the name of the restaurant. Overall food was delicious and would definitely come back.

Nice family run operation. Country inn style interior with a good mixture of tables and booths.
Service was good and most everyone had a smile with a good morning.
The food was well prepared and fair sized proportions. The only complaint we had was the use of salt in the food. We are salt conscious and it seemed to be a little over the top. This is just our opinion and be aware that we are salt sensitive.
Year later we revisited. Food was excellent as was the service. Still a very popular place and is busy most of the time.
