Jack's Coffee Shop #2

Absolutely delicious. Excellent portions great service and really good prices for the huge plates you get. Highly recommend.

In Reno for work and stopped by Jacks coffee shop because it less than 3 minutes from my hotel. Great customer service and very welcoming environment. Amanda was my server and she was outstanding, very attentive, and my coffee cup was never empty. I order the Jacks Breakfast Sandwich which was very good. I definitely recommend stopping here if your in Reno. I will return next time a come to Reno.

Love this place. We had only gone to the Jack's in Sparks, but recently started going to this location. It's just as good as the original. You really can't go wrong with anything on the menu. Service is prompt and friendly. We eat here at least a couple of times a month.

Food was decent, only a little under seasoned. But I do have to say that the menus were VERY dirty!! I felt gross just touching them(I even sanitized mine and my husband'shands...after touching them! With my pocket handsanitizer.)!! Which kind of doesn't make sense if people are touching them BEFORE they eat!!!!! But honestly the service was on point, and food was good! All I needed to do was add some salt, pepper, and some tobasco sauce. Which could definitely be my preference.

I absolutely adore this place! Ive been coming here a lot recently, and every time the service is so kind and welcoming. The food has been amazing too (I have had mostly breakfast food though, havent tried the lunch). Wait times are never long if its just yourself or with one other person IMO

No wait for a large group during busy morning. The food was very good. The service was good. The prices were pretty low as well!

Too long of a wait elsewhere so we made reservations at Jack's for lunch. Great decision! The food was great and the service was quick and friendly. So good that we went back for breakfast a couple of days later. Everything was clean, and the staff was all wearing masks, and correctly. It's an old building and worn, but I care more about the food than the carpet. I hope they can survive this craziness.
