Delicious coffee. And my coffee mug was almost never empty. Good food as well. Waitress was also extremely nice. They were fairly busy and our food came out quick. And my word to the manager would be: you're employees are quick and on the ball. I hope you pay them enough They are worth it!!!!

Best breakfast food, in reno! 100 perfect! The cook was amazing! Lots food for cost. I'm very picky person. The waiters-kinda slow. Asked if the apple juice had refills, said yes. Then when I waned refill said it cost more.

I enjoyed the service, they're very nice. The food was ok. Not something I would say stands out from similar restaurants. Their idea of a scone really wasn't. It was more like a funnel cake. Very greasy and had to pile on some jam to give it any kind of flavor. Over all not a bad experience, just not something that would make me want to go back.

Same name, different restaurant. English scones are gone, Latino food instead.

It's dishonest to say on the menu that Jacks was founded in 1985/6. This is not that Jacks.

That Jacks is dead and gone like so much of English American culture.

The waitresses were all very courteous, the diner was very well kept, and the food was delicious. I had never tried Eggs Benedict before, but I'm happy that my first time trying it was here. It was cooked perfectly, and I look forward to coming back some day to try it again.

Place was packed and we had to wait to be seated. But was shocked when they called us in after 10 mins. Got seated and or drinks right away and the waitress took our order and the food came out super fast and was super delicious..

Decent food for good prices. Large portions and fast, friendly service. A waitress almost got jumped on a Sunday morning while I was there to so, there's that.

The food was really good. Service was a little on the slow side but they did have a sign on the door looking for a line cook. If you ask me I would have thought they needed another waiter/waitress.

Great food, excellent service! I love coming here. The staff follow Covid guidelines and enforce mask guidance.

I highly recommend that you try their scones! They are delicious.
