Bite Restaurant

Always good but it's not a secret and gets crowded. Nice to try a bunch of things and I haven't had anything I wouldn't order again. It ain't fancy food, but it's good, and the place is date night worthy. They have unique beers you'll be hard pressed to find elsewhere in Tahoe.

Lovely experience. The food was remarkable, and the service impeccable. First gathering post-COVID gathering of some close friends and Bite provided everything we needed. Do not hesitate to make your reservation!

Excellent tapas! Very extensive wine menu, and they had a wonderful mocktail special too. We loved the seared Ahi dish, the pears made it stand out and the yuzu ponzu was delicious. Really enjoyed the pot de creme on the desert menu too. Honestly one of the best dinners out we have had in a while!

Everything we ate here was incredible. Try the Devilled Eggs, the roasted cauliflower, stuffed Spanish peppers, fish tacos, house fries, green Chile Mac & cheese (omg!). The wine selection is amazing, the desserts are outstanding, servers polite and service super fast. If I had to complain, I'd complain about how I don't have access to this place unless I come skiing in Squaw Valley.

The food is creative and tasty for the most part. Most of the options are very good, and a few are just ok. The atmosphere is intimate and attractive, if a bit loud. We went on a Saturday night and it was definitely a full house.

Our waiter was substandard, however. He brought the bottle wine out after we were 2/3rds done with our meal. (We refused the bottle at that point, of course.) He said it was 'the bartender's fault' that it was coming out at the end of the meal.
He rarely checked on us to see if our food was ok.

This is not an inexpensive restaurant by any means, and if the service were better it would certainly warrant 4 stars.

Awesome food and very attentive staff. Cat was our server/bartender and was very hospitable (A+). The ambiance is great and you can't go wrong with a single item on the menu. Highly recommend.

Highly recommend. Our server was incredibly knowledgeable and attentive, recommending fantastic food and wine. The mussels were amazing and the bottle of wine that was recommended was excellent.

Went there on a long weekend and found it pretty packed. They said wait for a table would be 1hr 45 min. However the bar served the full menu and is first come first serve.

We decided to wait and it turned out to be worthwhile. They have very few options of you're vegan or vegetarian.

Bite is amazing. The food is beautifully created and delicious, the atmosphere is welcoming and fun with a staff that is real. I'd recommend Bite to anyone looking for a great meal and fun place in Tahoe.

Our favorite restaurant in Incline. Been dining here for years and we love it. Great food and awesome craft cocktails.
