OMG. Great Sangiovesse. Super yummy Brussel Sprouts (yes you read that right). Would get that with the stuffed dates and walnut, radish, wrappy dish any day of the week. Pass on the ribs (too fatty for me but my kids love that stuff)...and the mac and cheese was the creamiest, dreamiest hot comfort food you could imagine, but I can only eat a bite or 2. BEST DATE NIGHT EVER. Great service too....

I was very impressed with the food and service at Bite. Our group ordered the following dishes:
-BBQ Ribs
-Green Chile Mac n Cheese
-Gnocchi
-Fish Tacos
-Chicken Sliders
The prices were reasonable considering how nice the restaurant is. The atmosphere is very laid back and quiet, the service was really outstanding, and the food was great too. Based on our experience, I'd say this is one of the better restaurants in the area.

Wow wow wow wow wow!!!
How is this place not Michelin rated?
The location and restaurant itself is nothing special but the food is to literally to die for! So unique and delicious. The chefs don’t venture to far from what you expect and yet surprise you with a delicious twist! My taste buds are in love😻
Compliments to the chef(s)! Michelin 3 stars!!

I highly recommend this restaurant. The food was excellent and I loved the "a la carte" menu. Be sure to get the house fries, the seasoning is so good, I'll be trying to recreate the spices.

As I will explain, it’s a fantastic restaurant. However, keep in mind: reservation, reservation, reservation, this place gets busy so be sure to make your reservation in advance. Bite, although very unassuming from the street, is a cornucopia of fusion mixing modern elements with an elegant mountain Tavern. Well appointed and very comfortable the atmosphere lends itself to an amazing culinary experience. My wife and I sat at the bar, which I would highly recommend for an enjoyable evening. Benjamin the bartender is attentive, accommodating, and engaging with interesting conversation regarding life in Incline Village. The food is worthy of a Michelin five star review. I would highly recommend starting with the bacon wrapped dates and the jalapeños. For a main course the lamb is fantastic For even the experience connoisseur the wine list provides a choice for every pallet. Overall I would highly recommend.

Pass on the ribs, French fries and crab rangoons and Mac and cheese. Everything we had other than those were pretty delicious, but it was a little rushed. Even after we asked the waitress to slow it down it was still too much we had to cancel some food orders. I would suggest spacing out your orders yourself instead of ordering all at once. We each ordered 3 items and it was way too much food.

Awesome restaurant! Delicious food and staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The brussel sprout were so tasty, and we loved the scallops as well. The ribs were incredibly tender with a tasty sauce. Our only regret was that we didn’t come here more than once on our trip!
