Second time in, first time very impressed by the quality of the tapas, dessert, and drinks. This time around, the selection was alright and the dessert was not good at all. Ordered the chocolate cake in a jar and the lemon pie missed something. The key lime pie was not cold and came with a cream that did not help for a summer dessert. The chocolate dessert was just too sweet, and the ingredients didn’t balance well. The service was great thought, as well as the ambiance.

Fantastic American tapas with unique flavors. I loved the ambience and service was excellent.

Good selection of beer and good drinks. My friend was very happy with the absinthe sampler.

This place is just perfect for dinner with friends or your partner after a long day of skiing in Northstar.

If you like to dine out with a tapas style meal then this place is a pretty good option. The sliders were particularly tasty but we got a few dishes that were quite underwhelming (deviled eggs, onion dip, asparagus) for the price. Bottom line is if you want to socialize and have a light meal then this place is fine but be ready to leave hungry unless you spend over $100 per person for just your food.

Probably the best food in Incline. But keep in mind that these are tapas and the portions are extremely small. Given the price / plate, in terms of the prices it's comparable to a Michelin star restaurant in big City

A must visit Incline Village eatery that will exceed your expectations. The staff is phenomenal and will gladly cater to your needs making your evening out that much more enjoyable. Their tapas menu is fusion based which always has a place in my heart as I love eclectic foods, especially when you bring some sweet and sour to the menu. If you drink, check out the bar as the cocktails are top-notch and you will find yourself ordering a second. Check out Bite and enjoy the ride.

Overall the food was delicious and the service impeccable. This was our 2nd time here and I remember the first time thinking that the food was wonderful but it would not be a place to come if I was hungry - not true! I arrived very hungry and left so full my husband had to finish the dessert. The prices add up quickly so don’t be surprised.

We started with deviled eggs and cocktails and that took the edge off our hunger nicely. The specialty cocktail menu is eclectic, fun to try and so far we haven’t gotten the same one twice. The paper thin onion rings on the side just melt in your mouth. We got them before and I think we’ll just consider them a staple when we come here.

The grilled cheese bites are delicious and definitely something you must try, for added decadence add the bacon jam. By the time we got to the crab croquettes my husband was ready for another cocktail and I switched to wine. He got a bourbon drink with cardamon that was really interesting. When we asked our waitress, Lauren, about the cardamon she said they make it in house.

We were somewhat sated and debated on having dessert; Lauren made the layered Pot de Creme sound so wonderful we had to try it. She was right. Then she sat next to us and went over the recipe for the cardamon which she had obtained for us from the bartender. What a wonderful end to a delicious meal, we will definitely be back again.

The food and service are great. The prices are reasonable as well.

Excellent variety of tapas with fresh taste in each bite. Clean, Friendly, and Accommodating with punctual service. Large sized bar with full service and great atmosphere. Recommend the mahi bites, fish tacos, and mini-burgers to share with goat cheese peppers and sweet potato fries.

Such a good variety of small plates at this place! We wanted to order all of them! I don't think we were disappointed in any of them. Our favorites were the sprouts & shrooms, the sea scallops, and stuffed peppers. All the sliders are also very good!
Wait time gets long in the evening. ~45min.

This place is awesome the food is great. You have amazing chef!! I could get enough. The baby back and the sauce wonderful!!! I highly recommend the gem!!! The staff is great!!!
