Bite restaurant has excellent quick service. They keep the food coming. The employees are excellent , attentive and very accommodating. Good quality food and very tasty.
This is a very small place with a few tables in the bar area and more tables in the adjacent room. This place could use some updating and remodeling to bring up the star score.
If you are just there for the food you're in for a treat.

As delicious, memorable, and unique a meal as one can have in the Tahoe area. As others have said, truly one of the best meals I have had in a LONG time. Cannot recommend highly enough. Don't miss out on this place!

Perfect combination of flavors in all of the four dishes that we tried. We really enjoyed our meal… Service is excellent, the atmosphere is very nice and the food is divine. Highly recommend!

The food here is excellent: creative, delicious, and unique. We had the Dire Wolf (fragrant and refreshing) and Pablo's Fire (smokey and savory) cocktails. We had the Burrata app, and the crudo of the day (hamachi/yellow fin tuna). Both were excellent. Fire dinner, we split the Lobster Sliders (2 to a plate), which were loaded with Maine lobster and perfectly seasoned. For dessert, we tried the Pot de créme, which was ok but would do better without the salted caramel. IMO, the light chocolate and whole hazelnuts would have been better on their own. I took a star off because the staff didn't know the menu very well and weren't able to answer most Qs about the food. Both of us waited tables all through college, so we know the importance of knowing the menu in detail.

Loved the food and the variety of choices. It's a great location for families or other groups sharing a lot of dishes as you can try various different dishes and sides. I would recommend the ribs as the tangy Asian fusion sauce takes the dish to a whole new level.

We visited Bite for an evening meal and had a selection of tapas dishes. We had delicious food in a lovely setting with great service - we would 100% recommend.

If you have never visited bite, it's a must! Besides the very careful menu and all the small plates and share plates that they make with very fresh ingredients, their bar is top notch. Every time I have been I have ordered a specialty cocktail and I've never been disappointed. It is definitely fun to go with a group of people 4 or more to share around the plates but and is also a great setting for a date. We like to take a trip up to Incline from South Lake Tahoe just to go to buy it and we always make sure to time it so we can stop along the lake during the sunset.
