Bite had an excellent dining experience. The restaurant had a friendly and welcoming atmosphere and our server, Libby, truly made our night. She was knowledgeable about the menu and made some fantastic drink and food recommendations.

The food was outstanding, with some stand-out dishes being the Brussels sprouts and chicken sliders. The jicama wraps were also tasty and refreshing, but the real star of the show was undoubtedly the Mac n cheese. It was without a doubt the best macaroni and cheese I have ever had. The combination of creamy cheese and crispy crust was perfect.

The service was prompt and attentive, with our server checking in on us regularly to make sure we were enjoying our experience. The drinks were also amazing and perfectly complemented the delicious food. Overall, it was a top-notch dining experience and I can't wait to go back again soon.

If you're looking for a tapas restaurant with a great atmosphere, amazing food, and top-notch service, Bite is the place to go. I highly recommend it, especially if you get the chance to have Libby as your server.

Good food with a fairly wide selection of tapas dishes, plates can vary in terms of how good they are - the dates and fish tacos are both excellent. Great service (at the bar). Bit on the expensive end, likely will end up minimum 50/head and more likely 75-100 with one or two drinks.

Must Eat Here
Whether it's a seated dinner at table with a reservation or standby at the bar, we MUST eat here each trip to Incline Village. The food is fantastic. Not so much a tapas or small plate for all dishes, but just right. The flavors are fantastic. For example try this... For two to split: Butter Lettuce Salad to start, then three items... Rib Eye steak with peppercorn sauce, brussel sprouts, Mac and cheese. And if you drink wine, pair it with a Cabernet Sauvignon. (Select glass or bottle from wine list, or bring a bottle (Corkage $30))

A bit on the pricey side, the food tastes great and the hostess is very helpful when we didn't have a reservation on a busy day.

My husband and I have been in incline for 3 years now and have tried all the food spots. We have only been here one time due to the nature of the restaurant: it heavily relies on tapas and is on the more expensive side but super delicious! Unfortunately I felt I had to order a lot in order to get full and the bill just kept adding up. That being said, I still give it 5 stars because the food was super delicious. It’s great for people with a small appetite or just want tapas.

Amazing food. Probably the best place to have a nice dinner in Tahoe.
Lots of surprising ideas in their bites. We enjoyed it a lot ( 2 adults and 3 kids)

Super unique interior decor that sets the mood for a good social meal. This is as TAPAS place so dishes are meant to be shared. Very creative drink menu and some interesting cocktails on their menu. Insane wine list - major points for that. Do be warned, it takes some time to get your food so be patient, make a reservation, and be prepared to enjoy your time there. The server was super nice in explaining why our food took so long, as it was a Saturday night and they fill FAST. There is a bar area and a room to the left for a nicer sit down time (the menus are the exact same).

Items we ordered: Not your mamas onion dip, Butter Lettuce Salad, Roasted Beets, Wild fish tacos (Halibut was the fresh catch). I recommend all the items we ordered. HIGHLY.

The lobster and ahi sliders were such a disappointment. The lobster was dry, no flavor and you get a very small portion for $27. Definitely not worth that price tag. The scallops and ribs were good!

We enjoyed dinner here for our Anniversary celebration. The deviled eggs were delicious. We came close to closing so it wasn't busy and the atmosphere was perfect. The new York strip was the perfect size proportion and the fried chicken sliders were very tasty. The dessert menu wasn't very intriguing but overall a wonderful gem of a place. Highly recommend.

Everything we had was delicious, service and management was friendly, knowledgeable and super accommodating. We hope to see an official Bee Hunter Wine pairing there soon too! Perfect Pinot and tapas event location in Tahoe!
